Most Frequently Asked FAQS (more below)

All toy purchases are final sale. We like to think it’s a win/win policy all around, as you can be assured that all toys we sell have never been used. Most of our toys are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, so problems that arise over time should be addressed directly to the manufacturer. However, if you recently purchased a toy and believe it is defective, contact us immediately. Read the full details of our return policy.

Toys should be washed with mild soap and water. Stainless steel, some glass, and silicone toys with no electronic parts can be boiled for three minutes for maximum sterilization. You may also use an anti-bacterial toy cleaner, but please note these products are designed to inhibit fungal and bacterial growth between uses; the toy should be washed with soap and water before and after each use. We recommend the use of anti-bacterial cleaner for butt toys or if you are sharing toys with multiple partners. If you are not sure or have any questions, please call or email us!

Water-based lubes are safe for all toys, as are hybrid lubes, which are water-based lubes that contain only a small amount of silicone. If your toy is made of silicone, then we recommend staying away from silicone lubes, as silicone sticks to itself and over time, and it may not wash off the surface of the toy, resulting in a tacky surface. Stainless steel or glass toys, on the other hand, can take any kind of lube. We recommend the use of lubes any time you may not have sufficient natural lubrication, especially when using butt toys.

  • Silicone lubes do not absorb into the body and will stay slippery for longer than water-based or even hybrid lubes. They work best for non-silicone toys and of course, skin-on-skin play. You should not use silicone lubes with silicone toys, but silicone lube is condom safe.
  • Water-based lubes are compatible with all toys, but they absorb into the body, so expect to reapply them during use.
  • Hybrid lubes are mostly water-based, with just a bit of silicone added to maximize slickness and longevity. Hybrid lubes are safe to use with all toys.
  • Oil based lubes are not compatible with silicone, latex, or polyisoprene.

A C-ring is a toy that offers pleasure to people with penises, as well as their partners. It’s meant to be put on the penis when it’s soft, and as it hardens, the C-ring tightens around the base of the penis and scrotum, constricting blood flow. This actually allows for greater sensitivity as well as longer erections, providing more fun time for both the wearer and their partner. Fans of C-rings also report more pleasurable orgasms. Note: Only use for 20-30 minutes at a time, then remove the C-Ring to allow for blood flow.
