    This book arrived exactly as described, i.e showing very little use. This copy was bought to replace one we received as a wedding gift which had gone missing. And I have to plug this title, it has some excellent recipes in an easy to read format and easy to follow directions. For example the summer baked ham recipe gives directions on how to trim the ham then apply the crosshatch scoring, orange slices and cloves, then how to prepare and apply the glaze, basting juice (beer based) and so on. Yields a ham that's not only tasty but pretty as a picture in a glossy food magazine. We use it often especially for cakes and cookies (the molasses cookies are to die for). No longer in print but Amazon lists many used book sellers with the title.
