Just got mine looks easy enough to put together and surprised it requires batteries. It should use my pedaling energy no? At least upload the pdf manual to showing missing product information? So far neutral will report back once I start using it. There is a dial for resistance. Your calorie read will be identical if you do the hard or the easy seatting.

    I bought this office chair/bike on Prime Day and it's the best! I've only had it a day and a half now, but I can already tell THIS is the product that will get me to exercise every day.
    It's much more comfortable than other bicycle seats and makes no noise. The best part is that it's slightly awkward to sit on it without pedaling, so I find myself doing it even if I was trying to rest my legs.

    Lastly, it's so easy to let the time pass by as I work and not even realize how long it's been.

    I would recommend to get a cushion if you plan to sit for a long time and a standing desk is necessary in my opinion.

    This is a good quality product - make and quality seem good and sturdy. Rolling it around as needed works smoothly. Best used at a desk that you can raise and lower. You can go easy which looks like you are just sitting there in video meetings. If going a more rigorous speed/resistance, it might be obvious you’re doing something, but not nearly as obvious as your upper body bouncing up and down on a walking pad. It is also super quiet. I like this better than a walking pad for exercise while at a desk. Glad I bought this!

Other than that minor hiccup, this bike is absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend.

    I bought this to keep me active at work and it is very good at doing that. I am going to break this down into sections for you to follow up on any concerns you may have. Disclaimer: I am a male, 5'10", and about 210lbs. I think the max weight is 220lbs.

    Overall Workout Function:
    -Workout function is very good. Actual bike mechanism is very quiet and you can't hear it even if you are pedaling really hard. I would recommend only cycling at a medium pace at most due to stability which I will address in the next section.

    Stability:
    -I have a desk riser and type emails most of the day so it works pretty well for my type of work. If you are having to use your mouse a lot I would not recommend this product unless you can get this chair right under your desk. If you cannot, you will have a hard time clicking on things and pedaling at the same time. I have the seat at the max height and when I start pedaling, my seat will squeak and drives me and my coworkers nuts. Sometimes I am having to lean forward to write and the chair never makes me feel like i'm going to fall over. It is sturdy but squeaks like it may come apart.

    Comfort:
    -The seat itself is very uncomfortable. The padding and fabric is very cheap and after I've been sitting for a couple of hours, I can feel hard metal rubbing against my tailbone. The backrest is great and provides good stability if you can lean back and work at the same time.

    Maneuverability:
    -This thing slides around like a pallet of bricks on carpet. It is sometimes hard to push and then it frees up somewhere in the wheels and will roll. The most frustrating thing about the wheels is that when you are sitting on the chair, the thing will absolutely will not roll. You may think this is good but if you want to move yourself closer to your desk, you will have an extremely tough time doing so.

    Build Quality:
    -The base and cycling component are sturdy and of good quality. Everything else is dog-water. Like I mentioned before, the seat is cheap and uncomfortable and the electronic calorie counter is pretty basic and cheap looking. I haven't seen anywhere in the instructions where it suggests how to reset the calorie counter.

    Recommendations:
    -If you do not have a desk that rises so you can slide this chair all the way under it, this product is probably not for you. If you are looking to stay active at work and don't mind squeaking plastic and have no nerves in your butt then this thing is for you.

    Other than a rower, that definitely can't be used while working, I've bought pretty much every piece of desk exercise gear you can buy.

    Finally! I found one that I can use all day while working. And still use while watching Netflix. Excuse me, Prime. ;-)

    It is stable. Quiet. I can use it on a Zoom call. No banging like a treadmill. With the chair seat I bought, rather than the standard bicycle seat, my upper body is motionless. I pedal slowly most of the work day. When I'm listening to a training video, I pedal fast and hard.

    That's the other thing about this gear. It is smooth. The pedal pressure is adjustable. And once you set it, that is the pressure throughout the entire pedal stroke the entire time. None of the variable difficult/easy/difficult/easy... on one setting.

    It fits perfectly under my standing desk and with the chair seat, I can pull in close enough to the desk so it is easy to type! Even while I petal.

    When I'm done at work and if I want to get in some heavier cardio, I can easily get it with this unit. And it rolls around easily. The only problem is now what to do with my old treadmill and other gear? hahaha

    I'm thinking of buying a second one for my partner!
