Love that it also covers neck and chest area without extra devices. Had to recharge after 2 weeks of using daily by two people. After just few weeks, face looks and feels so much softer.     I hope everyone can do their own research and buy this mask :)
    I read many reviews and some of these masks that are being advertised on Amazon do not cover the nose, or have less options than this one. I am really glad I went with this one.
    I've had it for a few days but noticed improvements after the first default 9 min treament: the skin is much tighter, the pores have been reduced DRAMATICALLY (my pores are normally huge), skin feels smoother and less inflamed.
    I cannot wait for the long term results and very excited about the purchase!!

    My husband bought this for me as a Christmas gift. I have been using for a week and have noticed a change in the texture of my facial skin. I doubt anyone else would notice yet, but it does feel tighter and smoother. The massage is very relaxing too.     After the third use.. the gunk and pimples came to the surface so something must have reacted below the skin to result in this .

    The massage was a positive surprise. Need to use it for 3 months at least for an accurate feedback but i couldn't wait.

    The product description says FSA Eligible but it is not. Even their own website says this is not one of the eligible items. As for how well it works- Ì noticed no difference. Wearing it is uncomfortable, loud, and it does not stay on your face well.

    I have tried several different LED masks but this has been the most pricey out of the bunch so I had high expectations. Upon opening the box, I was very impressed with the quality. It comes fully set up with the eye protection fitted. I connected the cord to the port below the right eye area and it lit up green with a slow blinking light which meant that it held most of the charge and needed a little more. It took about 30 minutes for it to stop blinking.
    I have read that the mask is heavy and large, and it is heavier than others, but I guess I have a rather large face and head because it fit me well and I was able to adjust the velcro for a tighter fit. Others have written that it covered their face and neck. I'm not sure how that's possible for them but on me, it fit my face only. It doesn't reach below my chin. My favorite part about this mask is that the control is all on the mask. There is no remote to fumble through while trying to keep your eyes closed to protect them. I ended up dropping the remote for another mask which ruined the screen so that is not something to worry about on this one. There are two buttons. One is on the right side of the mask which controls the LED light. You long press it and it turns it on. It has 3 settings -- red light, red light + infrared, blue light. Each option has a vibrate option which can be turned off. It goes through each type of light for 3 minutes making the entire cycle run for 9 minutes.
    On the left of the mask has a button for the vibration. It has 3 different modes. You can turn on just the massage/vibrate options without the LED light. If you're using the default setting of the LED light cycle, it includes the massage/vibrate option so if you want to turn that off, you have to use the button on the left to do that. The massage/vibrate option is a bit controversial and many do not like it. I expected to hate it at the onset but it's not bad and quite relaxing. If you're not a fan, it's very easy to turn it off, but you have to click through the 3 different vibration modes before reaching the off option.
    They've done the research and set the mask to run through 9 minutes which gives you results so it's easy enough for me to go through that each day or I can change the setting and stick with redlight+infrared option for 9 minutes, but that requires a bunch of button pressing.
    Having said that, I really like how easy it is to incorporate this into my daily skincare regimen. Who doesn't have 9 minutes to spare? I have been using this for 3 weeks and I'm seeing positive results already. I have read that 15-20 minutes is also a good length of time under the LED light so I will be cycling through twice a day to see if I see better results. This is an investment but you have to be diligent about using it which is the hard part. What I don't like is all of the button pressing to turn off the massage option and to stay on one type of light for longer than 3 minutes, but I think they really did a superb job to make it very easy to use so it's not too much of a bother.
    I think this is worth the investment. I'm seeing results only after 3 weeks. I have taken a before photo and will wait to update after a few more months.
