I had a sizable balance in my FSA to use up, so purchased this on a whim (I wouldn’t have purchased this otherwise tbh) but it is AMAZING. The adjustable heat, vibration, and suction settings make it so easy to get the relief you need. It comes with 3 different sizes so you can get a smaller area to larger area if you need to. We’ve been able to get quite a bit of use out of it without recharging it (nice)! And it only goes for 3 minutes (how long you’re supposed to do cupping for) and releases itself. We have the manual suction cups and we’re always forgetting to make sure we don’t leave them on too long so that feature is SUPER handy. It beeps and gives you a couple seconds before the suction releases so you aren’t dropping it everywhere. I’m very happy with this purchase, and honestly would buy again!

Safe Cupping Device

However, I do have concerns about the durability of the adjustable plastic cups. Unfortunately, one of the three cups fell and broke, and I’ve been unable to find an option to purchase a replacement cup without having to buy an entirely new device. Given the price point of $200, this is quite disappointing and feels wasteful.
I would strongly encourage the company to offer replacement cups for purchase separately or, better yet, provide them free of charge or for a small fee to customers in situations like this. It would make a great product even better by ensuring a more sustainable and customer-friendly experience.
Despite this flaw, the device itself performs incredibly well and is much safer than others on the market. I’d recommend it for its safety features but with the caveat to handle the cups carefully to avoid the inconvenience of replacing the entire unit.
