We feel like this Casper mattress offers the ideal combination of cushioning and support with both memory foam and spring coils. No aching joints in the morning. Nice that when sleeping with a partner, your partner can move around, turn over, whatever, without setting the entire mattress in motion. We installed it on a steel bed frame with no box springs and we're very happy with it. Just be advised that it is very heavy, so take that into consideration for delivery and installation on your bed. Delivery was made to our front porch, we used a hand truck to wheel it to the bedroom and then took two of us to hoist it up on the bed frame.

3 mattresses later I am stuck with a dump bill
For the last 7 years I've slept on a full size Casper original. In July I decided it was time to upgrade to a king, hoping to enjoy the same sleep quality I have enjoyed for years I purchased another casper. The mattress arrived quickly which I was impressed by. After off gassing for a day the smell had lessened and I decided to put on my sheets, I was surprised to see they fit loosely. Feeling like I made a mistake of which end was the head/toe of the bed vs the side I measured the mattress only to find out it was 76"x76" a true king size mattress is supposed to by 80" tall and being 6'3" I am 75" tall. The extra 4 inches missing was causing my feet to hang off the bed. I spent my first night on the mattress anyway, When I woke up my lower back hurt, I woke up throughout the night, and I was disappointed. I slept horribly. I continued sleeping on the mattress in the hope it would break in but my sleep did not improve. I ended up going back to my 7 year old casper now in the guest room.Unfortunately because the mattress was purchased on Amazon I was told that I needed to go through Amazon for the first 100 nights and casper would not be able to help with the exchange process. Amazon sent me another new mattress along with a UPS pickup label promptly after calling. Later realizing that UPS wasn't going to pick up up a fully expanded mattress I called Amazon back to learn the first associate gave me bad information and they had no intention of picking up the defective mattress, very frustrating. 2 days later my new mattress was delivered as promised. However, before I could get home UPS came with the pickup slip and took the replacement mattress off my front porch. With my doorbell video in hand I called Amazon where I was told because my package was "missing" I would have to call back 24-48 hours later to have yet another mattress sent.After yet another call a third mattress was sent. This time after getting it expanded the sizing was correct, the sheets I had fit properly, and to my amazement I slept better on it. Out of curiosity I checked the tags on both mattresses and I was surprised to learn both mattresses were made by different companies. The bad one was from Jeffco and the newer one was Future foam Inc. Casper had outsourced their designs without bothering to have good quality control standardsAs glad as I am to have the correct quality mattress I had expected, it took 5 phone calls to resolve (some near an hour), lots of frustration, and at the end of all of it Amazon is unwilling to take back the defective mattress so I am now responsible for disposal. I will have to call a junk man to pick it up and pay the dump fees. My next mattress will not be a casper. I expected this to be hassle free, why else would you buy an online mattress? It's hard to believe that for several thousand dollars not only can they not get the product right but they refuse to take back the defective item.
