FAQ
Troubleshoot Bluetooth connectivity:
- Check if the keyboard works with another device via Bluetooth, e.g.: Cell phone or iPad.
- Try bluetooth connection with your cellphone/another computer and see if it works? Or try to pair with other channels by pressing Fn+2 or Fn+3.
- Factory reset to your keyboard by pressing Fn+Z+J for 4 seconds
For Mac:
- Reset Bluetooth driver, you can Google “Tips and tricks to fix Bluetooth connection issues on Mac” by 9to5Mac or “Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference” by Apple.
For Windows:
- Check if there is a Bluetooth antenna on your PC.
- Uncheck the “allow the computer to turn off keyboard to save power" in power management under device manager.
- Reinstall the drivers of your Windows PC if you are a Windows user.
Bluetooth re-connection is too slow to wake up the keyboard from auto-sleep.
- You can disable the auto-sleep mode pressing fn+S+O for four seconds. Wireless signals can sometimes be unstable, it may take more time full stop for the keyboard to reconnect with your device wirelessly, please be patient.
Typing experience of the switch is not as expected.
- The low-profile switch has a lower height or thinner body, it will trigger a keystroke faster than conventional normal profile switch.

This little beauty is the best slim TKL mechanical keyboard I've tried by a long shot! The form factor is perfect, quality is great (especially given the very reasonable price) and it feels and works great! I might end up buying one or two more, one for the office and the other just so I have a replacement for when this one wears out. I have not tried using it in wireless mode or using it with a Mac. The default key configuration is for Mac, but there are spare key caps to replace Mac specific keys with Win (which I promptly did :) ). It is small enough to leave plenty of space on your desk, yet heavy enough to not move about when you type. The keyboard comes with brown mechanical switches, which are smooth and quiet enough to not annoy people sitting around you.
All keys are mapped correctly to their designated functions. I'm actually using it with a Chrome book, was super impressed that all the keys do what they said they would, even the screenshot button.
All in all, I've very happy with my purchase - great product Keychron!

All in all, I've very happy with my purchase - great product Keychron!
This keyboard suits all my needs and fulfills them very well.
The switches themselves are (again, in my opinion) amazing! they are not like standard brown switches, they are much quieter and they maybe feel a bit mushier than the usual full-sized brown switch but I really like that. The switches are tactile and fast and yet very quiet (compared to other, even low profile keyboards) and still maintain that mechanical keyboard feel.
Both the Bluetooth pairing and the cable modes are great. The pairing is quick and has no issues and the cable mode is good as well.
The keyboard size and functions provide a perfect experience with minimal footprint for every need (programming, general use, and gaming).
The only downsides maybe are the slightly short battery life and lack of software (to enable things like macros, etc.).
The build quality is just OK and could be better as well.
All in all, considering its price I think it's an amazing keyboard, I rated it with 5 stars and from using 2 different more expensive keyboards I switched to only using that one.
The keyboard is great looking and feels really premium. I move up from a logitech K740 which has scissor membrane switches, and this Keychron is a big improvement. I got the "brown" key-switch version which I love. The "tactile bump" is pretty subtle but you can tell it's not a linear switch (which is good). Typing on the keys is not as quiet as a membrane keyboard, but is not annoying (like clicky switches are).
The lighting is really nice, although I wish it had multiple brightness levels, not just 20 lighting patterns which you'd probably never use. It has only a single brightness level, but it's fine.
I use it wired, so I can't comment on the wireless usage.
My only problem was retraining my fingers: coming from a flat keyboard my fingers would sometimes hit the edge of the upper row keys when trying to reach them. On a flat keyboard you just stretch your finger out, but this keyboard has a slight "stair-step" between key rows so you have to slightly lift your fingers to reach upper rows. After a few days it's no longer a significant issue for me.
Overall, a great compact keyboard.
I bought this for travel but really I may use it all the time.
The price, basically if it was about two times the price it is, I'd still pay it.
It appears to me much better made than, say, steel series keyboards at 3x the price. (And steel series keyboards flake out after a year.)
As everyone has said (a) it feels rock, rock, rock solid, strong and heavy (b) it's super-low profile (c) the connectivity is perfect (I normally only go for wired, so I'm very critical of anything bluetooth) (d) every product feature is perfectly thought out.
My only SUGGESTIONS for the product team. Just add a sticker, or white printing, on the rear of the keyboard, with the two commands one needs to know to start it up, etc. (I just grabbed a "white paint pen" and wrote the commands on the back.)
Secondly, may I suggest selling some sort of "travel guard" which would be a very strong kind of clip- or slide- on guard which goes over the keys, for when you throw it in your carry-on luggage. (Imagine something that looks like an aerox mouse, with a drilled surface.)
Essentially, this is a perfect product. I chose the "most quiet, fastest, zero click" blue switches and they're perfect. I am a programmer and writer so I type billions of words and command-arrow type clicks a day.
I've added two "size comparison to typical objects and other overpriced keyboards", hope it helps someone

A digitação é sensacional, fica entre você digitar em um teclado de notebook e um teclado mecânico convencional. Gostei bastante dos atalhos pré configurados.
It's not too mushy. It's also quieter than my old reddragon Kailh Switches, despite being browns. And the typing experience is amazing. But there are a few drawbacks.
The Bluetooth connectivity isn't that amazing. But occasionally I have to switch it off and on to get it sorted. Otherwise there's some lag. At this price point I'm not gonna let that pass without atleast taking off 2 stars.
Looks and feels amazing. Backlight is also good.
I really don't like that the last key on top right is the light key and I keep pressing it by muscle memory for 'DEL' and this key combination cannot be changed via software. That's really inconvenient. Also the shift key is too smol.
All in all I'm satisfied. But I'd rather buy it on the website for 5k cheaper.
Not hotswappable.
