The product and does what it is supposded to do and a nice tool to have in the kitchen! I had a hard time filling it only because it was my first time using one of these. I wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong so I wrote into Customer Service to ask for some help. Cerine was fabulous and not only was very prompt in her reply, but answered my questions and gave me clear and specific instructions over email. I followed up with one more questions and again, she replied quickly and resolved my issues with ease. The company is great and you can definitely tell that customer service is informed, interested in helping, and cares about your experience.
