Once the order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you! Typical transit time after shipping: (Mon, Wed, Fri)

IF YOU HAVE A NEED-BY DATE, please send me a message here on Etsy either before or after placing your order so I can accommodate.

Your estimated ship date will be in your “purchases” section of the Etsy app or website for your convenience once you place an order.

If you select an upgraded shipping method, it does not change our production time. This only makes USPS ship faster once they have the order.

PLEASE NOTE: Paris Closet is not liable for lost or stolen packages-domestic or international. If your package was marked as "Delivered" in USPS's system but you are unable to locate the parcel, you must contact your local post office. You may also file a claim with your bank for a refund. I am not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

If your package has not arrived, please reach out to your local post office / shipping facility with your tracking number. They will be able to provide additional insight that we are not able to see on our end. (Again, we see what you see!) If you selected an insured shipping method at checkout, your next step is to open a case with your local post office to be reimbursed for any lost / stolen

Please note that Paris Closet will not be held responsible for an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. We are able to accommodate corrections if they are caught by the customer before the order ships.

If your item is shipped to the wrong address, we find that these packages are often returned to sender. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you once the item gets returned to us. You will then be held responsible for the cost of shipping the item to the correct address. (Typically $3-5 for domestic shipments.)
