About the Inn

The Inn at Brandywine Falls is located in the heart of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park located adjacent to the Brandywine waterfall. The historic landmark is on the National Register of Historic Homes, and was originally built in 1848 as the home to James and Adeline Wallace. In addition to their home (now Inn), the Wallace family owned 800+ acres of land which included the Brandywine Mills and was considered to be the centerpiece of the community in the mid 1800’s. The historic landmark is serviced by a private lease coordinated by the National Park Service.

In April of 2023, The Inn at Brandywine Falls welcomed new Innkeepers for the first time in 36 years. We would like to thank the previous Innkeepers, Katie and George Hoy for their dedication and commitment to The Inn at Brandywine Falls and community services they have provided since 1987. The Hoy’s have renovated the Inn over the years, including the main farm house and carriage barn into six beautiful guest suites, yet the Inn remains uniquely historic to the Greek Revival Appearance and overall character of the historic landmark.
