I love the questions from this app and have recommended it, repeatedly, in public settings to large groups of people - however, I'm getting pretty frustrated with it. First, I bought the app years ago for what was supposed to be a lifetime use but when they went to a subscription model, they told me they weren't honoring their previous sale. Now, more and more, my previous entries are being deleted! I think I'm done suggesting this app to coaching clients.

I thought the journal prompts would be more guided than they are. I will admit they do guide you quite a bit but I have a hard time with creativity and was hoping this app would be one that offered more to help me get my thoughts out better. I do like the wide variety of mindfulness activities offered on the app though and it is a quick way to refresh your mind everyday.

5/22/21 I am extremely disappointed with the new update. I already paid once for the app and was able to add one photo a day. Now I have to pay EXTRA (for "premium") to be able to add a photo each day? I can understand charging for the new extra features, but they should have left ALL of the original features intact for those who paid for it! Original review 6/12/20: Love it. Helps me focus on the positive in short, easy bursts. I love being able to choose a picture a day.
