It came in a quality box with sophisticated graphic design and the toy was neatly and securely packaged and displayed inside. I can’t tell you how much nice packaging helps me trust a product more, so this put me at easy right away.
My vibrator came already charged; not sure if that is everyone’s experience but it was mine. Came with a charger that was self explanatory. Also came with instructions, which gave me the general idea of care, maintenance, and how to use it, but didn’t give specifics on EXACTLY how to use it. I went to google and found a video that gave straightforward descriptions of what to do. I also found a diagram of how to best position the vibrator.
Feeling confident, I took it to the tub with me.
The first time I used it, I did struggle a bit to get it positioned in the right spot, and I moved it around too much. I was also still learning how to use the speed settings, which was a bit distracting. But then after I got into a groove, I could really feel the build and release. I was pretty confident I had orgasmed, but it seemed so crazy that this toy could do what hadn’t happened during many sexual encounters, I almost didn’t believe it.

I own 3.... Is that saying something?
Not sure I want to ever live without one ever again.
