Swiggy: Food Instamart Dineout 4+

I have had multiple instances now of poor customer support. 1. Ordered 2 count of the same item on insta mart but only 1 got delivered. Cx team says will take 6 hours to resolve. What is the point of an insta mart order if you cannot service in similar time frame. If i needed something now, how will 6 hours solve my issue. I even asked them to just cancel the order and take back the 1 item. Even that they are not doing. 2. had ordered a mosquito racquet for my other home , it was different from what I ordered. Delivery executive took it back saying he will raise a exchange. He did not raise any exchange and then Swiggy refused to even raise a request since the person who I had delivered it for were calling from their number , which was the number on which I had scheduled the delivery and the delivery executive had also called, saying that this number does not exist with us. How did the delivery executive call that number at the time of delivery then? No resolution yet and we lost our money. 3. Had ordered a few items on which combo was there, the 1 main item was faulty hence I asked for complete cancellation as the combo did not make sense otherwise. Cx team said they can only cancel the 1 item and not the combo. Why show a combo when you can’t service all the products together. Again waste of my money.

I warn everyone to stay away from Instamart. What they are doing is equivalent of fraud.

There is no solution provide for the bad food given to me I have order the food from Time out cafe and received stale food then i contacted the swiggy customer care msg support as well as call but no solution provided to me only sorry what will I do with the sorry even customer care senior cut my call I don’t remember the name but its women and after that I have tried to call multiple times they cut my call each times.

As a solution they have given me 57rs for the order of 228 as well as waste my 2 hours of time. As if the time of customer is not important they just know to waste time Even if senior is saying I know its unfair to u but we can’t do anything I mean if customer care know its wrong and we are doing wrong with the customers than why there is no solution provided. Whats the point of giving all those restaurant platform etc charges if when we needed they can’t even give us the solution and refund our money or exchange the order I remember earlier it use to happen then solution use to given either in form of refund or order.

but now I think they think its ok to take customers money and what can customer do they can call only and for that they cut the call of customer their problem solve if customer is suffering then its okay.

I don’t understand whats the point of the customer care if they can’t provide the solution and moreover cutting the call of the customer is next level I mean seriously.

I have placed the order in Swiggy with Box8 restaurant. Initial delivery time was 10-15 mins. Later every minute got increased for delivery. After 30 mins someone called me and said I will be getting food in 10 mins again. And I was on chat with two of the customer agents who doesn’t want to be on chat. And finally after 1 hour box8 calls me and asking to cancel the order as they do not have the items available. Waited on chat for 30 mins to get the solution. But resulted saying that that’s my mistake I did not answer the phone when box 8 tried to update the same. Infact I got missed call only once and I don’t have an option to give a call back too. Support agent started asking me for the confirmation to cancel the order post which I will be getting compensation.. I initially disagreed for it. But even support agent wants me to cancel the order. Finally he forced me to cancel and I cancelled it because there is nothing that can be done. I know that Swiggy is not gonna deliver the order. And as soon as I gave the confirmation of cancelling the order, that support agent immediately disconnected the chat with just saying that I need to write an email for rest. Such a huge scam just looking for platform fee and commission from restaurants playing with customers hunger.

Customer support agents from Swiggy, remember that this is you bread and butter and just because of customers you are getting paid.
