Great for shorter folks

Honestly, all of the reviews saying that this chair was great for short people are why I tried it, and they're right. I’ve had my Breck for almost two weeks now and so far I love it!

I’m 5'1" so I struggle to find chairs that both let me touch the floor and don’t press against the back of my knees, but this one is perfect. This chair offered some of the shortest seat height and seat depth ranges I've seen. At its lowest height my feet are comfortably flat on the floor. The seat depth doesn’t even have to be at its shortest setting to allow me the proper distance between seat edge and my knees.

Assembly was very fast and easy, only a few minutes with no tools required. I will say the seat cushion feels a little stiff on arrival, but will probably become more comfortable with time. The back is surprisingly flexible and has great breathability, and the frame despite being rigid doesn't dig into my shoulders. The tilt functionality takes some effort, but I'm not one to lean back in my chair often or for long periods. The resistance honestly helps me keep better posture without tilting back too far.

The arms manage to be adjustable enough for me to use them comfortably, and they're able to adjust low enough to slide under my desk rather than bumping into it. The only minor issues I have with them is that the rotation of the armrests is a bit too easy. You will have to adjust the angle if you touch/bump them, but all the other arm adjustments work well and are much more stable.

Overall, I am very pleased with this chair!

Chair for SHORTIES

I am writing this review to help any shorties like me. I'm 5'0 (size 8) and owning a "hugging" office chair for short lengths of legs/back/upper arm lengths have always been challenging! I feel the seat cushion is a little bit stiffer than other 148393 office chairs I ever owned but the stiffness helps my back support. Just give it a try...
