As a care team member, I'm being forced to install the app and give permission for access to Bluetooth and background location, so that I can be a member of a care team. I do not own their device and there is no explanation of why these permissions are required to be a care team member.

We're sorry for the confusion! Our app is designed so that any member on the Care Team can setup the Silvertree Reach device for the Reach wearer. Because of this and to prevent complications during setup, we need every member on the Care Team to enable all permissions. Bought Silvertree for both my Grandparents and they love it. Extremely easy to setup and use. Amazing features and the long battery life gives them both piece of mind.
