I wish it didn't truncate web app text. Reading mode is one of those features you'll appreciate more the more you use it. It works well for the most part, but has issues with currency (like $30) and large numbers. My biggest issue with it is how it often fails to read all of the text, particularly web text with embedded ads or long articles. I often use it on sites that have long articles and no reader of their own, but oftentimes find it only provides the text up to a point and then stops.

Works great but the read-aloud feature lacks cadence and can be aggressive with punctuation which hampers a natural listening experience. Certain sites do not load on the first attempt and require a second load. If you navigate away from the app, it's often impossible to return to it. It's s a great product and makes using pixel much better for us with have visual issues. I'm so happy that Google has included it and I hope they continue to improve it, especially the read aloud mode.

It's very useful, especially for reading articles when you are mulktitasking or have the screen off and have Bluetooth connected. The text conversion and site compatibility needs lots of work though. Wikipedia, for example, does not work. Many articles are cut off or end up reading the fine print on some medical ad on the page. Sometimes the play button disappears. It would be nice if it was a separate app instead of an overlay and allowed for queueing and saving converted text.
