Highly recommend to use during the winter. This essence toner has more thick essence texture but also doesn’t leave any greasiness. It didn’t feel heavy on my face to use as the first step of the skin care. I have very sensitivity and oily skin and prone to acne type of skin but ive been using this essence toner for a month. It helped to lock in moisture and control my sebum level.
