  I splurged on a Theragun Prime after wanting one for years. In the last month of wedding planning, my stress levels were through the roof and I needed a way to take better care of myself. This massage gun blows knockoffs out of the water. After just one use, it’s already paid for itself. The triangular handle makes it so easy to hold no matter where on your body it’s used. For sore hands and wrists like mine this makes a world of difference. I ride horses and the Theragun relaxes my sore muscles so well that using it before rides has my trainer asking me what I’m doing differently.
  
  It’s incredibly powerful like others have said, even on the lowest setting. But I find that after a few uses this goes away. It shows me that I probably have inflammation and tight fascia in places I didn’t realize. Worth every penny. I finally have more ease in my body that LASTS! Love the long-lasting effects that a short 10-20 minute session provides.
