It all began when two strangers sat together on a bus tour of Ecuador. Little did they know, they would become lifelong friends, business partners, and an extended family with over 40 flower farms and facilities in the United States and South America.

Can I pick the delivery date?
At this time, there is not an option to choose a future date (although we hope to have one soon!). All flowers ship overnight via UPS or FedEx. For next day delivery, order Monday through Thursday before 1:00 p.m. EST. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST will arrive in two days. All orders placed between 1:00 p.m. EST on Thursday and 1:00 p.m. EST on Monday will arrive the following Tuesday. Confirm your delivery date at checkout on Amazon.
How are the flowers packaged when they arrive?
Every bouquet comes carefully secured in its own box. Your flowers are wrapped to protect their buds and secured inside the box. Stems stay put and don’t get damaged.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We are unable to deliver on weekends or Mondays at this time, though we hope to in the future! If you have a special occasion that falls on these three days, we recommend ordering between 1:00 p.m. EST Wednesday and 1:00 p.m. EST Thursday. Your flowers will ship on Thursday for arrival on Friday.
Do I have to be an Amazon Prime subscriber?
No, but you will need an Amazon account. Sign in or create one for free at checkout.

Can I send a note with my flowers? Where can my recipient find it?
Yes! Check the box labeled 'This is a gift' in your cart or at checkout, and write your personalized message. When your flowers arrive, the recipient can peel back the shipping label to reveal your note.
Do the flowers come pre-arranged?
Our floral designers arrange each bouquet specifically to maintain quality and consistency. However, you can arrange yours to your preference. When they arrive, simply cut the stems to your desired length, remove any leaves that will be underwater, and style them however you like!
Do the flowers come in a vase, or does the vase come separately?
It’s up to you! All of our bouquets are vase optional. If you choose the “with vase” option, your bouquet will arrive in a carefully wrapped vase. When you receive them, remove the bouquet and its packaging before filling the vase with water.
Do my flowers come with water?
Your flowers are transported in an exclusive hydration wrap. The flowers drink up the water as they travel, so there’s no clumsy mess when they arrive.
How long will my flowers last?
Like us, every flower is different! Flowers that are well hydrated and placed in a moderate temperature environment can last 7+ days. Some flowers, like poms, alstroemeria, and mini carnations last longer than others. Many customers comment that their lilies bloom for two weeks.
Will my flowers arrive in buds, or already blooming?
We pick most flowers in bud form. They travel much better, and you can enjoy them longer. Some flowers, like mums, arrive fully open. Others, like roses and alstroemerias, need a day or two to bloom. Lilies and sunflowers may require a few days to fully pop. The warmer it is, the faster they will open, but avoid overheating and direct sunlight!
How can I make my flowers last as long as possible?
Here are a few of our favorite tips:
Empty flower food into a clean vase
Check the back of the packet for the correct amount of water to add
Remove any leaves below water level
Cut at least one inch off the bottom of each stem, at an angle
Wash your vase and add fresh water every three days
Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight
Do not place flowers near soft fruits (bananas, strawberries, etc.), where ethylene can damage tender petals
Remove dead or wilting flowers
Are my flowers sustainable? What is their impact on the planet?
Your flowers come from Rainforest Alliance Certified and Florverde Certified, family-owned farms and facilities across South America and the United States. This means:
Better Water
Water conservation measures are applied in washing and packing stations, housing areas, and irrigation. All sources of contamination (pesticides and fertilizers, sediment, wastewaters, garbage, and fuels) are strictly controlled.
Protected Wildlife
We respect natural habitats. Riverbanks are preserved with buffer zones, critical ecosystems such as wetlands are protected, and forest patches on farms are preserved.
Good Conditions for Farm Workers
Workers get fair wages, decent housing, clean drinking water, sanitary facilities, and a safe and wholesome work area. Our employees and their families have access to schools, health care, transportation, and training.
Waste Reduction
Byproducts like leftover leaves are composted and returned to the fields as a natural fertilizer. Plastics, glass, and metals are recycled wherever possible.
Better Environmental and Human Health
Dangerous pesticides are prohibited. Agrochemical use is strictly regulated. Farmers use mechanical and biological pest controls to reduce toxicity and quantity of chemicals.
Sustainable Soil
Farms implement soil conservation practices such as planting on contours and maintaining ground cover.

Certification programs help farmers organize, plan, schedule improvements, implement better practices, identify problems, and monitor progress.
