Whether you want to relax in the large private backyard next to the pool or walk into Southampton for your lunch, this villa is ideally situated for you.

As you approach the home, you will be immediately taken aback by the beauty of this chic farmhouse with white shutters and beautifully manicured front gardens.

As you walk in the front door, you will find yourself being drawn to the gourmet style kitchen with top of the range facilities. The dark wood floors, marble counters, midnight blue cupboards and wooden accents throughout the kitchen offer a sophisticated and elegant space – the perfect place to rustle up a cheese board and enjoy with the family. You can dine casually around the island or move to the dining room adjacent to the kitchen where you will find a large farmhouse table suitable for your everyday meals. There is even a more formal dining room which can cater for 16 people. Our wonderful concierge can arrange a private chef for you, and you can take the night off cooking and enjoy some of The Hamptons finest seafood and wine.

If you would prefer to relish in the warm sunshine after a long day at the beach, you can take your cooking skills to the backyard, where you will find a BBQ and ample dining space for you and your family while overlooking the pool and garden beyond. The large size of the backyard makes it the perfect spot to host a dinner party while the kids are busy playing games on the lawn. The pool is suitably furnished with comfortable lounge chairs on which to soak in the sun or just laze around in a Summer afternoon.

The indoors of The Mainstay are as ample and well distributed as to cater to any discerning soul. Loads of deep-seated sofas, beanbags and chairs on which you can enjoy the company around you, or your favourite book, which you had not had the opportunity to re-read until this very moment. The décor in every angle of this house is understated but refined, comfortable but with taste. An atmosphere of relaxation envelopes you when enjoying the indoors of this majestic home.

When your eyes start drooping after a fun-filled day, but you still have the energy to maybe watch a favourite movie, retire to the screening room that houses consecutive beds and a grand television for you to enjoy the ultimate viewing experience.
