The freezer packs lasted me for a 1 hr drive to the airport, a 1 hr wait, 2 hr flight, and 1 hr drive back to my parents home. It fit 3 Wegovy pens and I could probably have fit a 4th if I really needed to. Very sturdy, does not collapse. And it's pretty too!

I use the pen variation of insulin, not the traditional needles and vial. While one or two pens are okay, any more than that is a tight fit and hard to close. And the needles for the pens are too large for the case.
