The cleanliness/housekeeping/grounds were all maintained to the highest level. There is new management, including chef, and they are clearly up-grading the to better training and food (which was good, not great) (much of the fresh food in Virgin Gorda has to be imported). The Spa and water-sport offerings are very good and staffed by very professional staffs.

We asked as well for a late check out upon availability of the room and was given until 2 pm for a small fee, so almost whole next day was enjoyed on the island.
