Product is great, description is inaccurate
The hand blender works great, but in several places in the Amazon description, it says “Dishwasher safe blender arm.” That is inaccurate, as I have attached a photo from the product manual to illustrate. Notice that the jar, lid, and pan guard are the only items described as dishwasher safe. For the blender arm, it says you must wash it in hot, soapy water. That is NOT dishwasher safe. If/when the description is updated with accurate information, I will revise my review accordingly. From a functional standpoint, I’m happy with the product. There is no safety button; the depth you press the power button determines the speed. That is fine for my needs, but just be aware of that if you have kids at home. (Kids should always be carefully supervised around ANY blender device.)
