This air fryer has transformed me from a three button microwave defroster, to a top-notch (pretend) culinary artist!

With a little common sense (unfortunately, not so common) and a slight learning curve/experimental phase, this thing will transform your cooking experience.

So far, nearly everything I have prepared in this "fryer" has been cooked to perfection on the first attempt (presets are pretty good for most items - and if you RTFM, you can adjust and save those presets), if not done enough, just cook again to your liking/expectations.

Large basket holds everything my wife and I are going to eat. Non-stick, very easy to clean.

Prior to this purchase (had to convince my wife - now she's 100% on board based on the results), we cooked non-microwaveable things in the oven - preheat, cook, turn, cook, etc.

Now it's no preheat, no turn, one run, less than half the time, with amazing results (crispy outside, nice and tender inside - fries, pizza rolls, chicken, steak, you name it).

If you're like me, and have never owned an "air fryer" before, just do it!

If you have owned one before, and are looking to replace, might want to give this one a test drive.

This is an item that every home should have! This is by far one of the best kitchen appliances I came across. It looks good in the kitchen, and does exactly what it promises. I would call it a smart food preparer, because it does more than air frying . I have had it for more than a year if not two and still going strong. I simply line it with a piece of Reynold’s Wrap foil paper, spray the sheet with a little Pam when I am preparing chicken, seafood, steak, veggies, and much more different types of foods. You can do a whole lot with this Cosori air fryer. It’s more than a fryer. You can reheat, roast, bake, broil , fry and much more. Do your frozen with it. It keeps your food warm for some time and so much more . I was able to connect it to my Amazon Alexa, it’s moderately quiet. In my opinion, this capacity holds a lot of foods for a family of six to eight. The smell will not readily go through your house when cooking as when you’re using the regular stove top. Sometimes you could skip the microwave and use this item instead. It worth every pennie I had invested in getting this Air Fryer. You will never regret this buy. Please let me know your thoughts in trying it…….

Most of all I am thrilled that even with its large capacity it looks kind of dainty next to my mixer. The build quality is excellent and the drawer inserts smoothly and easily. The controls are extremely easy to use. It is very easy to clean, but I like using paper liners to catch some of the grease and sticky stuff. The other day I made some Chinese Roast Pork that had a very sticky marinade that cooked on the bottom of the basket and not wanting to have to scrub it off I put about an inch of water into the bottom with a little splash of dishwashing liquid and ran the Cosori for 10 minutes at 200F and the cooked on mess came right off with very little effort. Next time I think I'm going to put a paper liner on the bottom of the basket as well as on the grill plate. The auto settings have worked out very well and I really appreciate the heating element on the bottom negating the necessity of turning over the food for almost everything. I highly recommend this product for the sheer joy of using it. Did I mention that it's very quiet, too?

I bought the dual blaze thinking I would not have to flip food during the cooking time BUT it seems that you still do even if you preheat using the crisper 'tray'. I don't mind since I usually check 1-2 times during. I like that there is a crisper tray instead of the inner basket as I have with my older Cosori XL 5.8 QT air fryer which I love and still use.
Dual blaze without the crisper tray cooks plant based and beef burgers great since it browns better. I also like making stuff jalapeno peppers, roast raw almonds and other nuts in the dual blaze without the crisper tray. Anything that you want to cook as you would in skillet on stove you can do in the blaze without the tray.
The difference to me between the 5.8 QT and the dual for my cooking needs is that I find cooking whole chicken or beef roast that the Cosori XL 5.8 QT does a better job on these longer cooking times. The dual blaze bottom elements heats the liquid/grease on bottom too fast/much and causes too much smoke. I've tried draining a few times during but that's a pain or adding water before cooking but water evaporates too quickly and then smoke develops later. The 5.8 QT since no bottom heating element does not do that and able to cook longer.
I like the dual blaze for larger interior size and removable crisper tray to reheat and/or cooking food that requires less than 30 minutes. When I cook 1 lb bacon I just toss/separate slices in dual blaze, cook at 320F for 15 to 20 minutes. Check and flip/shake a few times. I use to lay each slice neatly but this way is much better. Saw someone on YouTube recommend.
Cosori customer service is great! After 8 months of using 5-6x/week I got an E21 error code. I called customer service spoke with Chad and the E21 error code was not fixable. A warranty claim was done and I received a new Dual Blaze within 9 days. So far it's working. I'm hoping this one lasts. If not, make sure you register within 14 days to extend warranty to a total of 2 years.
Update 3/27/2023
I had another E21 Error code with the replacement after 3 months. I emailed and also left message via their support. Ellen from Etekcity called me on next business day. It turned out that an E21 is resolved with software upgrade. I don't use the VeSync app and Ellen walked me through on download and software update. Once completed the E21 error disappeared and so far so good.
Too bad they did know at the time to resolve the E21 error with my first Dual Blaze air fryer. Excellent customer service. If you use the Vesync app you probably will never see the E21 like I did.
Love the blaze when I buy the Costco Almonds in the baking section, I roast them in the Blaze for about 7-9 minutes 385F to 400 F and it takes them to another level.

This air fryer has an adequate cooking space for my family of 4. It is very easy to use and very easy to clean. It is not a noisy machine, which I am very happy with, and the best part is.. the is a top and bottom element that will allow the food to cook evenly WITHOUT having to turn things half-way through the cooking time! AND... it's a smart air fryer that I can control from my phone. I highly recommemd this machine when choosing an air fryer!
