I've watched numerous videos online featuring physical therapists Bob and Brad over the years, so when I suffered a fractured tibial plateau, I knew I'd be using their recommendations for rehab when the time came. It was during a PT session at my therapists office that I overheard another client talking about a massage gun he was getting ready to order for his knee injury. He said he'd done extensive research and found one for a good price. I asked him which one he was going to get, and when he said Bob and Brad was the brand, I KNEW it was for me too! I ordered it that day and it has been a life saver for me. Being a 75-yo woman, the 'gun' seemed too heavy for me to manage initially, but once I got used to the weight in my hand, it's been no problem. I use it every day, sometimes twice a day to ease tight tendons and muschle aches. It has options for every ache and pain you can imagine. It charges quickly and holds the charge for a significant period of time. It comes in a great little case to keep all the accessories in one place. Easy to use and easy to carry with me, I love this massage gun. Bob and Brad - they're the most famous physical therapists on the internet and this is only one reason why!
UPDATE: Unfortunately for me, the massage gun stopped charging. FORTUNATELY for me, BOB AND BRAD PRODUCTS stand behind their guarantee and within a few days after contacting them, I had a new massage gun in hand. No hassle, plesant experience, and I'm so glad to have relief in hand again!

Amazing customer service
My massage gun stopped charging after 1 month of use. I sent an email to their customer support, with a video showing that it doesn’t work. They arranged a replacement within 1 day, I didn’t need to send them back my gun, and they sent the upgraded hot and cold version instead of my base model one!They also showed me how to extend the battery lifespan - I should not fully deplete the battery (which is exactly how I broke the first one), and should charge it before the last battery indicator starts blinking.Also, if you buy this from Amazon, you can register on their website to extend the warranty from 1 year to 2 years.I hope this replacement will last me a long time. For now I’m giving them 5 stars, just for this amazing support.
