    Don’t put off polishing your copper & brass, use this!
    I’m so Happy with this product‼️ It worked much better than Tarn-X. I decided to polish family heirlooms before distributing them. They were dark brown with years of tarnish & residue. The brass platter was so bad I thought it would have to be professionally refinished.
    The only problem I had was 1 of the containers of Twinkle had leaked a lot but it was still usable.

    In the 60's I remember watching my Mom use twinkle when I was little...fascinated at how it magically changed the dull brown bottoms of her Revere Ware pots & pans, to shiny, beautiful copper! I have been a copper lover since those early days and have quite a collection of kitchen copper as well as a fairly large collection of old India Brass. There is nothing better, IMHO, or easier to use. A sink of hot soapy water & Twinlkle. I was disappointed in the 90's when it disappeared off if store shelves. I could never find anything else that worked as well for me. A few weeks ago, After looking at the state of my copper, I decided to see if Amazon might carry it & was wonderful surprised to find they do. I received it today & after 2 hrs of cleaning my collection, I am still as enthralled with this product as I was when I was little. If I could give it a rating of 100, I would. You can't go wrong with Twinkle.
    Note: it does not work on items with a tarnish proof coating, but then you shouldn't need to polish those items.

    No instructions on line so I didn't know that you needed hot water for this product. I wanted to refresh brass door knobs, kick plates and knockers, and I didn't want to remove items from door. Used a bowlful of hot water and made a big mess with dirty cleaning water running down the doors which was somewhat difficult to clean off. Should have stuck with what I used last time I did this, Brasso. Did an okay job of cleaning items, but not worth the hassle. And a picture of the back of the box with the instructions would have tipped me off to this.

    I have a Monogram range that has brass burners. I tried Brasso first and it works but the smell is horrendous and worked ok as long as a scrubbed the crap out of the burners. I saw the reviews for Twinkle and thought I would try this product. It was great, for one it smells really nice and works amazingly well on my burners. I still have to scrub but not nearly as much as with the brasso. I would highly recommend this product and will keep purchasing it.
