I can't find my original review...but I initially had problems after just a few months with the bin not emptying on its own. I replaced all the brushes and then the entire cleaning module as suggested. Total cost around $100, and it still didn't work. I posted all of this, along with my frustrations, and customer support contacted me immediately. They suggested a few things, which I had already tried. They then sent me a new Clean Base, at no charge, even though I was out of warranty. It arrived within a couple of days and my vacuum has worked perfectly since then! I definitely give 5+ stars to customer support!!

My iRobot is powerful and does a thorough job. Even when my dog had an accident, my iRobot powered right through that pile of Poop over and over, trying to break it down and suck it up. It kept right on going over my living room carpet until eventually it made it to my kitchen, where I finally came down stairs that morning to find the fecal Jackson Pollock. After I got over the initial shock and horror, I was thoroughly impressed that in did not break. The design is pretty top notch to keep the sludge of poop out of the mechanics and battery. It was very easy to take apart and clean. It came with replacement rollers, brushes, and filter to make it even easier.

I would recommend to everyone.

Does a great job picking up dog hair. I use to get so upset by all the hair on the floor after I swept it up. Now my Rooma Baby does it all.

iRobot did not surprise US. After spending three weeks time on searching the BEST robot vacuum finally nailed to this i3 but it failed in basic function of returning Home dock

Unsure if the Product is Outdated or Re-furbished

I have bought this because the mapping feature and you contact service tell me that iRobot i3 evo dont hace this option, but at the website, you says that it has the mapping. Si, how things are?

Several problem with your contact service and my vacuum

My home is to large to be mapped by the i3 iRobot Roomba. I made 6 mapping attempts, and each ended up failing after about 1400 square feet of living space. Even with a total reset the I3 could not recover. I returned the i3 and bought a J8 . 
The J8  was unable to map my entire home. The J8 failed at about 2800 square feet. After removing some no go zones I removed a room divider leading to unmapped territory and tried a second time. The J8 went further but still failed. I was able to reboot the J8 and did not need to remap the entire house. I would recommend closing some doors and laying down rolled up towels to limit the first mapping of larger homes. Those areas can be added after the main parts of the house are mapped. Nowhere does the iRobot advertising mention square feet, and does not mention memory. I believe the amount of furniture, walls, doors and obstacles fills my memory before the entire house is mapped. This was not confirmed by the iRobot help desk. There are no options for expanding the J8 memory. I must add my son has used an i3 for several years in a smaller home and is happy with it.
Once a week I use my compressor to blow out the Hepa filter and inspect the rollers and wheels for hair. I am happy with the J8 , but need to use my old sweeper to clean 3 rooms. I also do occasionally vacuum all rooms, just to see how well my J8 is doing.

iRobot Square Foot or Memory Limits

Do not buy this if you have floor rugs that you care about. I used it for a week and my rug got chewed up by the brushes. There is no "keep out" zones available with this model and the barrier add ons that iRobot sells cannot be placed in the middle of the floor where people walk. The company will not take the product back, so I am stuck with this useless $400 vacuum.
