I think these earbuds are great! They're my first wireless ear-buds, and I'm happy that I can use them while commuting, at the office, or just around the house with relative ease and long playback.

Solid fit, good sound, and ease of use

Bought for my teenage grandson.   He lost one bud from the previous set I bought him.  He says great sound and a long battery life.

I like them but not as much as the over the ear headphones. Good quality NICE sound but also too big for my ears

Nice sound but too big for my ears

I bought these last week, was really excited about the noise cancelling option because I work in a loud environment. At first I thought they worked pretty well, besides falling out of my ears at times. They began to hurt my ears after a good hour or so. I tried out my wife's earbuds of a different brand, what a difference on sound and ear fit. Turns out jbl just has horrible ear bud tips so I bought the same brand replacement earbud tips as my wifes earbuds. I hope jbl can fix that problem because theirs are horrible. If you do buy these, buy better earbud tips and you won't be disappointed.

Great sound, horrible earbud tips.

This is the first time I have wireless earbuds.  I have slightly smaller ears than the next woman.  My biggest issue is, it's hard to get them to stay in my ears without falling out.  This is with all the adjustments of changing the cups and the ring thing.  Thus I'm not getting the full effect of the sound quality and features  (noise cancelling, etc.) of the bud.  I do like the feature of only wearing one bud and having the functionality.  I frequently only wear one for safety while running and other places. 
If I could get them to stay in my ear on a consistent basis, they would probably be awesome!

Mixed Feelings

Bought these to use while bicycling.  On the initial ride, both earbuds popped out spontaneously about thirty minutes into a ride over smooth ground.  The "find my buds" feature was helpful, but the buds proved unusable for the intended purpose.
Documentation and explanations of features and functions was terrible.  
Limited experiments with the Noise Cancelling feature showed no effects.

Not what I was hoping for.

Customer Support

Had these pair of earbuds for a little over of 2 years now sadly the case stopped wanting to charge. Sound quality I thought was better than most expensive earbuds in the market but this isn't the first item I owned from jbl that has had this issue. I also had a pair of 950 NC club headphones and after 2 years battery stopped working as well. LAST JBL PRODUCT I WILL EVER BUY.!.

Good sound but not made to last

Sound quality is nice but they are so painful to wear that it makes my eyes water when i put them in and take them out, ive even tried switching all the different rubber bits and they hurt so so bad.
