Our Aromatic Shower Steamer Set brings an aromatherapy experience into your daily rinse. Our all-natural shower steamer tablets are vapor and water-activated, releasing refreshing essential oils and minerals into the stream. Unlike other shower steamers which are meant to be tossed on the floor to create a slippery mess, our hand-carved Carrara marble holder houses the tablets in an elegant and functional base.

The Ritual
Aromatic Shower Steamers
Unwrap steamer tablet and place in marble holder.
Place on the shower floor away from the heavy stream but close enough to the steam to activate the tablet.
Each tablet fills the shower with a blend of essential oils and minerals that creates a sensory aromatherapy experience. Inhale deeply and unwind.
Dry Brush
The Dry Brush is the first step in your bathing ritual, use it before you step into the shower or tub. Starting at the feet, use short, quick strokes moving upwards towards the heart. Take a moment to notice the how the brush moves the energy throughout your body. Continue to brush the entire body this way, using medium pressure on arms and legs, and more gentle pressure on the torso, thighs, and neck.
When you’re finished, take three deep breaths in gratitude for the energy your body creates. Over time, try to work up to a 5 Minute Dry Brush Ritual every day to keep the skin super soft and the energy flowing.
Clarifying Body Wash
Start with just one pump on a puff, sponge, loofah, or in your hands and apply to wet skin. Massage into skin using small circular motions until it begins to lather. Allow the wash to linger a few moments while you inhale deeply, allowing the Lavender Oil to calm the mind and body. Repeat as desired, rinse, and follow with Clarifying Oil.
Firming Oil
Firming Oil works on wet or dry skin but gives the best result when the skin is warm and damp from bathing.
Starting at the feet, use your hands to massage the oil into the skin. Work your way up the body moving the energy towards the heart.Â
Finish with a deep breath of appreciation for the moment you took to nourish your skin, another deep breath in appreciation of your body, and a third deep breath in appreciation for the beautiful being you are.

1-2 Pumps, making sure to inhale the fresh scent to energize the mind, notice the softness of the gentle foam on your skin, and rinse the body with gratitude for all your skin does for you.
Weekly Ritual:
Add a few pumps of Clarifying Body Wash to your bath for an aroma therapeutic indulgence.
Dry Brush
Daily Ritual:
Use the Dry Brush before you bathe. Start with a 2 Minute Dry Brush Ritual, and work your way up to a 5 Minute Daily Ritual.
Weekly Ritual:
Make the Dry Brush part of your weekly self care ritual by taking your time and noticing your skin’s renewed smooth texture, firm appearance, and inner glow coming through.
