Enjoyed our stay at Zash, room was beautiful and very modern and unique which is why I booked at Zash. The setting is beautiful with orange orchard surrounding the hotel and our room. Pool is very nice also. Make a point to eat at the restaurant, the food was excellent! The free breakfast is delicious too, no surprise as it is coming out of a michelin star kitchen.

This is a superb small hotel, situated in a large orchard at the foot of Mount Etna. The room was fine--minimalist but large enough and with an excellent shower, but the reason to stay here is the outdoors. The pool is extraordinary, large enough for lap swimming and surrounded by comfortable lounge areas--and a terrific bar. And the restaurant is incredible: 2 star food in a 1 star setting (they're building a new restaurant facility on the property. We would return here in a heartbeat.

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, a very relaxing pool situation where there are private beds spaced very well for an intimate feel to relax, with sunshades as there are only 16 rooms on property. Every member of the staff is friendly (Love Lucia and our dinner waiter), extremely helpful and when I wasn’t feeling well after indulging too much/too fast in their wonderful large option breakfast, they checked in with my husband and offered any needed medical assistance to the property. Very nice touch. The robes in the room were extremely soft compared to our hotels after this stay. The beds were also amazingly cushy. The michelin star restaurant is really what your going for, and it exceeded expectations and was a value vs what we have paid in other similar michelin dinners. Will return!

Exquisitely decorated; surrounded by citrus trees, the view of the mountains and the sea is mesmerizing. The spa is intimate, and the outdoor pool blends perfectly with the landscape. The restaurant is high-end, and breakfast as good as it gets.

Amazing location inbetween the ocean and mount etna, on an orange and lemon orchard. The pool area is out of this world and the Michelin starred restaurant incredible. The rooms are beautifully designed and spacious. Breakfast was served on the sunny terrace overlooking the orchards and ocean, we enjoyed the homemade orange marmalade and orange blossom honey!

We absolutely loved this hotel! Everything is amazing, from the property to the hotel in itself. Every single detail is well thought, inside but also outside. Our room (while being the simplest) was very spacious and lovely, while the common areas were all amazing - and yes, it’s exactly like the pictures! Regarding the train - because I saw numerous comments about that - it’s honestly nothing. Our room was towards the railway and not once were we woken up by it. And let’s be honest, even during the day, it usually lasted 2 seconds, not more. So let’s just say that the train is just there to remind you that you are not living in a dream :-)
