That's when I set out to design a superior product using the following criteria.

- EASILY CHANGEABLE BLADE - with safety in mind
- DISHWASHER SAFE - and easy to clean
- PROTECTIVE STORAGE CASE for safety
- Use STANDARD Double edge blades

- AND NOW - The only lame on the market that is USER CONFIGURABLE to be a STRAIGHT or a CURVED blade Lame.

After several mock-ups, I settled on a design. I then found a premier cutlery manufacturer that specialized in Stainless Steel. With their expertise we were able to make some minor modifications which made a good design even better.
