Air conditioning does not work on the entire property- the owners are good with it and know that the AC is out. It has not impacted business and there are no plans to repair it anytime soon. Patrons are paying to spend the night in a haunted hotel, not to be comfortable. Will never spend the night or eat at this Halloween themed museum ever again.

It was a very cool old property, but not everything worked, e.g. the cold water handle for the bathroom sink didn't work.

Checked in late and it was a blustery evening at 27 degrees:) I ran in quick and check-in went well…I didn’t know the history of the hotel, just needed sleep. The room was 50 degrees and the heat was blowing cold air. I called to ask the issue and was offered another room but I suspected it would have the same issue. It did. The clerk at the front desk bought up her space heater for us but even after an 8 hour sleep the room only hit about 65 by morning. I returned the heater in the morning and discussed the evenings events with the front desk. He was unmoved and cold about it….we later had breakfast there which was great but our server disappeared never to be seen again

Our water shut off in the evening, then jo hot water in the morning. There was a howling sound outside, wind or ghost mimicry, I don’t know. Offers a discount but then said they couldn’t give same because I orders through third party Expedia, which is not true as I have received credits in the past . Did not deserve the rating given online at all.
