This charger is quite excellent for simultaneously charging iPhone, iWatch, and iPods. It is easy to use, looks nice, and has no obvious downsides. However, after a few months of use I found that the device no longer charged my iPhone. I went to the Morphie web site and found that they not only have a two-year warranty period, but that exchange for a new device was simple, straight-forward, and did not require lots of papers or proofs. There is a $5.99 shipping charge, which is fair in my view (that include return of the defective device). When there was a problem with delivery (due to USPS and not Morphie) I called Morphie to inquire. The service I got from Al was really great, and the whole customer service approach was outstanding. Indeed, this is one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time.
Interestingly, when I got the new device it too did not charge my iPhone. I then did some investigating and found that the problem is common, and it is with the iPhone and not the charger. (Interestingly, this is not noted anywhere I looked on the Morphie site.) It turns out that the wireless charger unit in the phone can get messed up, and one has to turn off the phone and turn it back on, and then it charges perfectly.
Bottom line is that I will absolutely look to Morphie in the future when they have products I need. Great customer service is a real plus, and that is combined with fine products.

Excellent charger, but doesn't nest airpod pros
This charges my devices very quickly, which was most important for me. You can't really see your iPhone while it's charging (which I kind of like).The airpod charger is designed for the original size; not the airpod pros. It does charge however -- just doesn't nest in the indentation as you might hope.
