    Antler is a UK manufacturer and this suitcase is really designed for the restrictions of the international carriers. It's smaller in every dimension than a carry-on designed for domestic US carriers. My guess is it's about 10-20% smaller. It's definitely a high-quality piece, that's not a question. If you need a case optimized for flights within Europe, this could be the ticket. If you're looking for something that can handle a little longer US trips, look for something from another manufacturer.

    I bought this suitcase on discount on prime day at $150. I don’t think it’s worth that price at all and def would not pay $255 for it. After reading a lot of luggage reviews out there the reason I went with this suitcase was the perceived high quality but I really doubt there is a big drop off at suitcase priced much lower. Things that deterred my from buying other suitcases were that they didn’t fit the carry on size restrictions, but looking back, I realized I don’t even fly budget airlines that measure baggage so it’s a moot point. The biggest regret I have is not buying a suitcase with the expandable zipper, it makes a huge difference. I’m a light packer and I feel this suitcase is only good for 3/4 days max of clothes. Better, bigger, more functional suitcases for the money out there. Shipping took longer than expected to US from UK as well.

    I like the quality but it is just not big enough for a single carry-on. Add the ribbing from the handle and it is even a smaller space. I have the fabric one by antler and it is much better. Unfortunately, when I needed a second carry on, they didn't have plain black and this was my only choice.
