As directed, I took it 30 minutes before I wanted to be sleeping and I could feel its affects within that time. My body relaxed and I dozed off quickly . You wouldn’t think Som is only 10 calories because the Berry flavor is really good. No weird aftertaste either. Great value for what you’re getting. Now we need them to make an energy version.
