Had to break to charge
It's a POS. They tried to make it all aesthetically pleasing by "hiding" the charging port, but in the end I had to rip it apart to get it plugged in and charge.Dont waste your money

I've become really sensitive to dirty EMF fields from trying out all these vibrating body tools, and this one didn't making me feel sick as quickly as another vibrating ball I tried, but still after about 10 minutes of use started to feel a little woozy. So I pulled out the TriField EMF meter and of course it's maxing out the magnetic field and the electric field both (they say MF is worse for human health and it's the highest it can get next to the ball). It was fine under my foot, far away, but when I sat on it I instantly started to feel nauseated which is the familiar new sign that I know I won't be able to use it. The review I had written prior to that is as follows, I don't want to give it 1 star because it's a good product and in competition with a bunch of other products that have the same effect but there's a market for it, so...what do you do? Personally wouldn't use it or give it to a child or anything.
Nice vibration, good silicone material and nubs, high in EMF output

The grippy nubs make this really useful - dual use from the awesome silicone to wedge it into tissues, and the vibration to stir up the energy, vibrate the ligament attachments, shake up the bony mechanics. Many uses for this, especially love the feet or sitting on it all around the hip - either hamstrings or around the back and side of the pelvis, sacrotuberous ligament, etc. (That's when I realized I had to stop using it).

Good size and textures, coupled with vibration levels, results in a credible muscle massage product.
Operation is straightforward and easy. There’s a single button on the ball. The first press will turn it on/off. Subsequent presses will access the four intensity levels. Light indicators along the first row of the raised texture gives visual information (se attached photos). The next press of the button (technically, the sixth button press), turns it off. You can roll the ball along muscles, with the flattened projections providing some acupressure massage relief. Another use of the ball is to roll your foot (or leg/back) on top of the ball.
I like the texture, it helps give traction while also providing alternating pressure. I find it more comfortable than some massage balls that have projections that are more pointed.
Overall, the ball functions as expected. It has an automatic power off after a 10 minute session.
I did note that the user manual does not give details on the battery capacity. Charging time is up to 4 hours (for a depleted battery). No information regarding operating time. This missing information, which is important to users, dings the rating.
Attached are photos to show real world images, with a ruler for size reference. Some of the close ups may appear slightly blurry due to the massage ball vibrating. However, you can still see the color light indicators.
Based on favorable impressions, it garners a solid 4.25 - 4.5 star rating.
