We love these Skylight frames! I just set up our THIRD one for the grandparents, with one more to go! They all live in different states and this is the BEST way to keep family photos updated! ONE app, and all the frames are listed on the app. Pics can be sent to all at once, or to select frames. Very user friendly! Best of all, all the grandparents LOVE their frames!

    The media could not be loaded.
    This is the 4th Skylight frame I’ve bought, first one for myself and the first 15” frame. The picture quality is excellent. You set up an email address and email the photos to it. The frame and app walk you through the whole process. Just connect the frame to your Wi-Fi, and you’re good to go.
    A terrific difference from the smaller frame which provide plastic leg stands, the stand and bracket on this model were metal. Which is a good thing seeing as this is much heavier than the smaller version. There’s also a metal mounting bracket in the box in case you wanna hang this on a wall.
    These are great to share pictures and videos with anybody anywhere, especially family, who are far away. Once you email a picture to the frame, it appears on your frame seconds later. I’ve run into no issues with storage and we have well over 1000 pictures. I don’t use the motion sensor, but I do use the sleep timer that way the frame isn’t on all night.

I had to set it all up for my mom and I’m in control of the account but she’s very happy with it

It's easy for family to add to the photo selection with Skylight address. Are free to add pictures to. Keep everyone in the loop as those that have your personalized address can share pictures from their media with you! Love mine so much that I purchase more to give as gifts! Do sometimes fail to turn on after power failures but easy to reset and you don't lose your loaded pictures. Also have the capability to select what added pictures you want to remain on your Skylight. I don't like that some pictures only show a portion depending on orientation picture was taken, but it’s a small inconvenience for this wonderful item that I don't mind. I imagine I could fix this if I gave the picture a few minutes of my time prior to loading. I just haven't tried as it doesn't bother me enough. Have not reached its storage capacity yet. Not even sure what it is. Guess I'll find out when I get there.

    The digital frame overall is a great product, came exactly how it was supposed to color and dimension wise, and it is very user friendly in regards to the app and uploading. You can adjust most of the features, such as brightness and cycling speed, without having to upgrade to their premium app.

    However, I’ve had a few small issues with the frame. Firstly, the sleep mode feature isn’t full proof. I have it set from 10:45pm-7:45am, and it worked well for about a week, turning the frame off at night and back on in the morning automatically as indicated. But, twice, at random, it has stayed on and bypassed the sleep mode, which I’ve then had to go in and resave the parameters.
    My other issues is that sometimes when cycling between photos, it glitches. Nothing major, just feels like it should be smoother for the price you’re paying, but if you’re not watching it cycle then you probably won’t notice it.

    Overall a great product with only a few quirks!

    It is excellent. Photo display looks great. Huge memory on frame. Easy to set up and to load photos. In addition if you buy another later you can link it to your frame so you don’t have to reload photos again. I took photos from my phone of my actual photos and loaded them and they look great.Worth every penny!

    This digital frame is absolutely incredible!

    Words honestly won’t do it justice! I purchased it as a gift for my parents and they were overwhelmed with the memories that they are now able to access, thanks to this frame.

    It was simple to set up initially and the downloadable app means that we can regularly update the photos quickly and efficiently.

    My parents are currently travelling and have been able to take this frame with them so that they can receive up-to-date pictures of their grandchildren whilst they’re away.
