    I never take it off my Switch. I consider the Split Pad Pro a must have for comfort in portable mode. Sadly it does not have HD rumble, NFC support for Amibo, and Nintendo has limits on control mapping for third party controllers because Nintendo thinks their Joy-Cons are perfect. You'll need a bigger case to hold the switch if you want to leave them attached.

    Hori Split Pads are my absolute favorite switch controller, hands down. Being able to then utilize them in the same way as any other standard controller type, as opposed to only operating in handheld, is just perfect. I already owned a set of them, the gold and black Pikachu edition, but I love them so much that it was worth it to me to order this with an extra pair, just to have a spare set! I do wish it could work wirelessly and be recharged, but it's not that big of a deal to me in the grand scheme of things. Also, the cord length is quite ample, so no issues there. No lag/latency from inputs, no fuss, just plug and play perfection. These are worth the purchase!

    These controllers are awesome. They lack a few things that the stock controllers have such as NFC and Rumble but they make up for it in grip and feel. The thumb-sticks are accurate and do not have any drift. They came packaged well and slid right onto the switch with no modification needed. They are built to last and have a great weight to them.

    This is a good controller but I think it's a little on the pricey side considering it lacks many of the features of the Switch Joy-Cons. An NFC receiver at least would have been good so I can scan amiibos without switching controllers. The extra assignable buttons on the back are a nice extra feature though.

    This is amazing. Huge upgrade from Joy-Cons. Joy-cons feel finicky and cheap, more like toys. These are robust and comfortable in hand. The analog sticks are also much bigger and feel more accurate. The buttons are nice and clicky and it's nice to be able to connect it in docked mode.

    ¿Lo mejor? Para mí es que puedo conectar los audífonos en el mismo control en modo mando. Y se puede manejar el sonido o silenciar el micrófono en los tres botones. Es cierto que no es inhalámbrico y no sirve para aquellos juegos que ocupen sensor de movimiento pero fuera de eso me parece bueno (en pokémon unite hay opción de chat de voz, conectando los audífonos a este control puedo hablar con compañeros de equipo o silenciarme si es necesario)
