Approximately 7-10% of the world's population suffers from sodium sensitivity. For those individuals, or those with fluid retention issues on the whole, additional sodium is generally not recommended, and our product is therefore not likely to be a good fit. However, approximately 90-93% of the world's population experiences no rise or only a modest, temporary increase in blood pressure. Those that try it tend to report the effects of higher-sodium electrolyte supplementation as "very positive," overall. I’ve used LMNT Electrolyte Drink Mix for a while, especially after workouts or on hot days when I needed to replenish electrolytes and stay hydrated. It’s a solid drink mix with great flavors, and it’s packed with sodium, potassium, and magnesium, which really help with hydration. I liked how it made me feel more energized and helped prevent that tired, sluggish feeling that can come with dehydration. I especially love the easy tear function so much with my wonky hands that I keep asking the brand that does work for POTS to start using this style packaging. Taste is quite sweet, like very sweet, however LMNT is awesome about posting recipes on their Instagram too, I loved their hot chocolate recipes and packets for winter electrolytes and watermelon for summer drinks. I've also made chocolate dipped strawberries with the chili one (those were AMAZING!!). Very versatile, very creative company, and they're always doing giveaways for different groups of people you can nominate like your favourite nurse, teacher, first responder, and one recently for first responders in the LA fires. Very admirable company with amazing products, just didn't work for my medical needs though I definitely still keep some handy for treats and hot chocolate.

    recently tried the LMNT Zero Sugar Electrolytes - Variety Pack and while I appreciate the quality of the product, I do find it to be on the expensive side. The flavors are refreshing and the mix really helps with hydration, especially during workouts or after a long day. I like that there’s no sugar added, and the electrolytes seem to really make a difference in how I feel, helping me stay energized and replenished.
