A: Our Dawn Platinum Powerwash with Fresh Clean Scent does have a different fragrance formulation than the former Fresh Scent version.

A: We don't currently offer an unscented version of our Dawn Powerwash Dish Spray. However, we'd be happy to let our team know that you'd be interested in this. It may be helpful to know that our Free & Clear version features our lightest scent for our Dawn Powerwash. As well, we offer our Dawn Free & Clear Fragrance-Free in our EZ-Squeeze bottle.

A: No. The Dawn Platinum Powerwash Dish Spray is a different product from the Dawn Platinum Foam. The foam is designed to be applied to your sponge or cloth when doing the dishes, while the Dish Spray is designed to spray directly onto the food soils. Q: how to open the refill bottle?

A: Hi Sherm thanks for taking the time to reach out to us about your Dawn Powerwash Dish Spray. To change the refill, remove the sprayer from the empty bottle by turning counter-clockwise to release. Remove and discard disposable cap from the refill bottle, again but turning counter-clockwise to unscrew. Place the sprayer on full refill bottle and give ¼ turn in a clockwise rotation to secure. Most important: Ensure dip tube and trigger are in the same direction. If you have any other questions, or if we can help further give us a call at (800) 725-3296.

A: Hi Romana. We're sorry you're having a hard time finding the refills for the Dawn Powerwash. Make sure to ask your store manager to order and stock it for you. In the meantime, we have not tested the Dawn Powerwash bottle and sprayer with regular dish soaps, so use of other products in this package is not recommended. Thanks, Joe, for picking up a Dawn Platinum Powerwash Dish Spray Refill, and using your previously purchased sprayer to dispense the product. We're sorry to learn that your sprayer's not working now. It might help to know that our Quality Team shares that each sprayer should last around 5 bottles. After 4-6 bottles, it's not unusual for the sprayer to need to be replaced. When you move the sprayer to a new refill bottle, be sure that the dip tube’s facing the same direction as the nozzle. Note that the tube bends. The bottom of it should be facing the same way as the nozzle. Speaking of the nozzle, check that it’s not clogged. If it is, run warm water over the nozzle for a few minutes to loosen any clogs that may have occurred. Let us know if this helps, by calling us any Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. I love this dish soap. It makes washing dishes easy. I always get the perfect amount of soap the dishes I am washing. You only have to buy the spray bottle one time & then you buy the dish soap refills after that. Best product ever!!

I like the concept of the dawn power wash, but as I see here now many people are having the same problem I’m having with the sprayed not working correctly. If it doesn’t spray, some times I can get it to spray if I loosen the sprayer. Frustrating most of the time.

Check that the two yellow half-circles, on the top of the sprayer and nozzle, are correctly aligned to form a full yellow circle. Once that’s done, give the trigger a full pull, slow and steady, all the way back to the bottle. You should see a semi-continuous spray of foamy soap leave the nozzle. This is the most amazing cleaner I have ever used and I will never buy it, again. It does everything it says it does -- my counters have literally never been so clean. It's instant and thorough. But, oh, it makes my eyes water, my head ache and my nose burn. I don't usually use harsh chemicals and so I may be too sensitive. I wish I could continue with it since it cleans like a dream. If you're not sensitive to this sort of odor/chemicals, it may be perfect for you!

I have used this for quite a while and lo e it for dishes and household cleaning.....but today it saved the day! On our way to an appointment a pickup truck ahead of us dropped a container of paint on the road and we had no way to avoid the spill. Needless to say we had paint splatter all over our car. When we returned home several hours later we started to was the car. The paint had dried by then and it was not easily coming off. I got the Dawn Power wash and sprayed all the areas. We let it set for a few minutes and the paint wiped right off. Thank you Dawn Power wash....you saved the day!

Whoever designed this spray bottle clearly doesn't wash dishes or use them at all because it's so difficult to use for spraying dishes. I can't even get a good grip on it—it keeps slipping out of my hands.

I had stored a crank popcorn popper for a few years. When I got it out it looked awful. I had washed it before storing, but there was yellow grease in small areas. I almost threw it in the dumpster. Then I remembered I had a bottle of Dawn Power Spray. Sprayed it down and now it looks almost new. Dawn Power Spray is my go to for stubborn messes in my house.
