Rude Support team and cheap build
It did not take a day for problems to arise from this system. I would first like to say that I am an American PhD student and of have two Bachelor's degrees from Germany and my Master's degree from the US. I can speak two foreign languages fluently and lived in Europe for over 20 years, but never have I come across such a rude customer service team. The first discrepancy was that of the mounting housing of the speaker. I did not use excess force to secure the floor stand screw onto the speaker, but when I went to unscrew the screw, because I needed to reroute the short front power cord (6 feet in length), the mounting housing of the speaker screwed out instead (See photo). When I told the enclave service team of this discrepancy, they treated me as if it was my fault and not the poor craftsmanship of their product. The second discrepancy of this unit came from the low volume of output of the speakers when viewing movies or streaming music through my Hisense TV. I had to turn the volume up on my TV to 35 before I could hear any audio from the speakers. The enclave service team told me that this was not their worry and that I should contact Hisense to address this problem with them. The third and last discrepancy was the flashing of the connectivity light on the back of just one speaker when the system was turned off. Although I wrote them and informed them that I did a manual reset of the speaker and unit, they told me that this can be resolved by resetting the speakers (obviously did not even take the time to read my email). After several email communications back and forth over all the discrepancies I was encountering, the "individual" with the enclave service team told me that my router was too close to the speaker in question and that it is writing in their FAQs. If this is a common problem that they found it important to write it in their FAQs, then why not ask how far away is my router to the speakers in the first place? For your information, it states in their FAQ that "a Wifi router/extender/mesh device should be a reasonable distance (6 ft) from any component in the system (hub or speakers)". So, if you do not want any problems with speaker connectivity, make sure that your router is at least 6 feet away for any component of this system. As for me, I am disappointed with the quality of this product as well as the service personal. You only get one chance to make a good impression and enclave blew it for me. I will tell people of my experience and hope to purchase a Sony HT-A9 home theater system when it becomes available in the future.

While setting up a new stand for my TV, I decided that I had way too many cables and that I needed to replace my Frankenstein system that I had: A Sony digital receiver using my old Samsung HTPC 5.2 speakers (I bought another sub-woofer!), and a gadget to wirelessly transmit the sound to the rear speakers behind my couch, where I had another gadget to power the rear speakers. So many wires and mess!

I've always wanted to experience THX and own a THX system, and I've been waiting for someone to come up with an all wireless simple system, so I decided to spend the extra $ and spring for the CineHome Pro model, and I'm glad I did!

Note that if you order this item, you will need to have someone sign for it, since it is so expensive, so just something to remember, but in this day and age, hopefully you are staying at home safe anyways!

The item which was suppose to arrive on a following Monday, but actually arrived earlier than expected at around 5 or 6 pm on a Friday!

When I got the box, the outside box had some pretty good scuffs on it, and I was a little bit concerned, but when I went to unbox it, I found that there was another inner box, which was in perfect condition, and then when I opened that box, there was another box inside of that one! So basically, there was 3 layers of boxes protecting the contents! they didn't cheap out on the packing. I can't remember the last time I seen 3 layers of packing. And of course, the contents were in perfect condition! There was even a set of white gloves so you can set up the speakers without getting fingerprints on them. Now I know how the rich people feel, but I bet they just hire someone to set up their systems!

So I went to setup each speaker in their proper location, and the instructions said to turn on each speaker and the LED light should start flashing and then plug in the hub last, but when I plugged in the hub, the front LED wouldn't light up. I decided to install the app to see if it could see the system, but it couldn't find anything! It was about 7pm on a Friday night, and I had already taken down my old speaker system, and was afraid I was going to be down the whole weekend without surround sound, but I decided to call their support number, not really sure if anyone would even be available to answer. It rang, but the message said that the support hours was over, and to leave a message, but I didn't bother, since I figured it would be Monday before anyone would call back, and maybe by then I might figure out something on my own via Google, etc. so I just hung up. I was doing some searching on their website for videos when I got a call back, and it was someone from the company! This is what he had me do, so if you get your system on the weekend or after hours, hopefully this will help!:

He asked me if all the speakers had flashing lights on them, which I said they did, which he said was good. He then had me unplug the hub and plug it back in, but still no light. I did it a couple of times, and still no light on the hub, but then after a few seconds, the hub started to flash! He said that it was gathering information about the other speakers, and had me wait until the LED on the hub stopped (they might have flashed for about a half a minute or so?), which after the LED light on the hub stopped, it actually went off. He then had me do a scan on the app, which it did find the Enclave system now, and then he had me press the POWER button in the app, and then the front LED on the hub came back on again. From there in the app, you could see each speaker, and if you tap each one, it will turn green and play static so that you can adjust the volume, etc.

He then got me pointed in the right direction with connecting the speakers to the TV, and gave me the following info and tips. He said that the ARC HDMI port is usually on HDMI 2 for LG TV's, which if you connect your Enclave to your TV via the at least 9' HDMI cable), when you turn on the TV, it will also automatically turn on these speakers, and when you adjust the volume on your TV remote, it actually adjusts the volume on the speakers. No more needing another remote and/or AV receiver to adjust the volume! I asked him about using the optical cable or the Bluetooth to connect to the TV so that I could free up HDMI2 to connect other things, which he recommended not doing, because if you use the optical cable, you will have to use the app to adjust the volume, and if you use Bluetooth, you will only get stereo, not 5.1. The final tip he gave me was on configuring the THX, which he suggested measuring the distance to each speaker from wherever you are seated, and entering that info into the app to correctly configure that, which I still haven't gotten around to doing yet, so I can't really comment too much on that, but they are sounding pretty good so far just the way they are now!

So in conclusion, these speakers are very well packaged, their support goes above and beyond by calling me back even though I called late on a Friday (the guy said he just happened to be working late and was about to go home when he saw that someone called and so he took the time to call back)! Also, if he hadn't called back, my weekend would have been ruined (1st world problem, I know), and I would have assumed that the hub was faulty because I couldn't get the LED to light up on the hub, and would have to go through all the trouble of boxing it back up, etc.

One final note/tip, you might want to have the system connected to a UPS so that if you have a power outage, you don't have to go through the process of unplugging and plugging in the hub to rebuild the speaker inventory list, etc.

Oh, and one more note, two of the power chords actually have a right angle bend, which I used those chords for the rear speakers so that I could mount them horizontally on my reused Atlantic adjustable speaker stands (PN77305018).

Hopefully this info will help someone either with their pre or post purchase!

      6 MONTH UPDATE!
Well, I've had these speakers for 6 months now, and I still love them! As a matter of fact, I'm thinking of getting the CineHome II set for a guess bedroom. One thing to note, we had a huge power outage here in Texas, which when the power came back, the hub wouldn't turn on when I turned on the TV, so I tried unplugging and plugging the power to the hub, but I couldn't get it to flash the lights like before. I kept trying and trying, but it wouldn't gather the info of the other speakers. I finally tried inserting the cable at an angle, and it finally flashed and read the info from the speakers. I think there might be a physical connection problem with the power jack for it to get power or something, which you just have to be persistent with plugging and unplugging the power into the hub.

All I can say is WOW for the system and the customer service behind it. Let me explain.
I ordered from Amazon and received the system in short order. I inspected the box at delivery and all seemed good. But after opening I discovered that the front left, front right and center speaker grills were smashed in. I called the company (Enclave not the seller on Amazon) with the intent of having the grills replaced. I was told to provide a copy of my Amazon invoice and pictures of the speakers and shipping container which I submitted.

Now this is when the WOW starts to happen.
First after receiving my email they requested, the reply was they would have UPS pick up the shipment (free) and meanwhile another system was being processed to ship to me from their warehouse the next day. UPS picked up the container as promised that very next morning. Never have I experienced such good customer service without any problems or run around. But it gets better still, while waiting for my system to arrive, I ordered from Enclave 2 speaker stands for the front speakers. Several days later I received a USPS notification that they had been delivered. I went to my postal station and there wasn't any delivery. After some emails back and forth to the USPS I was told to file a stolen mail complaint to the police and since my shipment of the stands was not insured it was nothing USPS could/would do and I was out of $85.00. So I e-mailed Enclave asking if I could order 2 more stands and have them shipped requiring my signature instead of with USPS. And again WOW, WOW, the customer service representative told me I did not have to purchase anything again. Enclave would send me out the 2 new stands since I was a customer who had some unfortunate events and I shouldn't have to pay again.

And lastly the system itself, it is fantastic. It is sleek and good looking, has great sound, easy to set up and I have no wires running across the floor. If you are looking for an excellent sound system get this one (read the reviews from the professionals as well as regular folks like me). And the cherry on top is "FANTASTIC" customer service!

The system constantly loses connection for the whole system. Sometimes it'll just be a few speakers. Sometimes it'll be all the speakers. Often it's just he sub. It' frustrating. I've requested help many times and by the time i hear back it just starts working again. Just do the same thing over and over again until it works again. I write in for help this last time and this is why I give it 1-star. It's a 3 start product with 1-start arrogant egotistical rude customer serviceL Here's the thread:

Me: Sound won’t come out of speakers. This happens every time I lose power. It’s very frustrating and I’ve wasted hours over the years I’ve had this system. I am very dissatisfied in my purchase and I regret it.

With that out of the way: my speakers all show up. They all test sound. The remote on my tv works to control volume but no sound. What now?
      Sent from my mobile device

Them: Cut and paste from the faq followed by this!: Outside of those recommendations or recommending a new TV or a generator, we're limited in how we can assist as it appears you either do not have your TV settings correct or your TV has issues when power is abnormally interrupted.

And then I reply this: I got it to work again by doing the whole thing over and over again until the system finally decided to work. Just keep doing the same thing over and over. That’s how it fixes itself. The tv remote works but the enclave one doesn’t. When I adjust the volume on the tv remote it works on the enclave but not the other way around.

It’s not the tv. It’s the enclave. It’s fickle and has really poor options in the app. It’s reset wireless or kick rocks.

The remote has next to no range so you have plant yourself in front of the box that has no on off switch so you have unplug it. Try to hold the right button while you have to be inches from the box and then nothing changes. It’s not just me. It’s all over the internet. I find that dismissing my ongoing problem with get a generator or a new tv is pretty weak just like this system. This isn’t how you get people to keep supporting your product. Do better

Then I get paragraphs of BS from this person. 4 emails venting about how they: We take a very pragmatic approach to customer service. We also have a zero tolerance policy for ill toned emails requesting support.
99% of customers send a cordial, detailed email explaining the issue and get an exact and cordial answer as to how to resolve the issue once we determine it
When a customer doesn't, such as was the case here, we hope the customer can "do better" as the team here isn't in place to support those who find the need to send disparaging emails seeking support.
With that our reply was concise, direct, offered resolution and outside suggestions and referred you specifically to the section of our support documentation which addresses your issue and why you experience it .

I told them I was having issues and that I was frustrated and regretted the purchase. I have 7 different tickets open with them and they say they had none. They were rude to me and they need to do better. I expect another long winded ego response after my last response of: I said i was upset by the system and frustrated by it and regretting the purchase and your response was to tell me to buy a generator or a new tv.

My response to “do better” was well founded. Who says that when a customer says they are unhappy with a purchase?

If you’d spend more time making a better product rather than writing long winded emails about how good you are at your job then I’d have a working sound system and I wouldn’t be writing this email to the most arrogant and self important message I have ever received from a benign and frustrated request from a customer.

I’ve already told you I fixed the system and I didn’t get a generator or a new tv. Clearly doing better is not in your plans so thanks for nothing but paragraphs of ego that I didn’t even take the time to read

What an awful bunch of people. I'm stuck with his garbage system and this garbage support so I'm just going to write as many bad reviews about this product as I can on as many platforms as I can so nobody else buys this junk from these rude arrogant people.
