I have had a bad hip due to a bicycling accident for about two years. Nothing has helped me. I've tried stretching, chiropractic care etc. This arnica gel has worked wonders! I put it on 2 or 3 times a day. It is non greasy and absorbs well. The scent is pleasant but I do not notice it after I apply it. It has not taken all my pain away but it defiantly helps a lot. I like that it is almost 100% arnica. It is much better than the homeopathic formulas that I have seen which barely have arnica in it. Italy has more stringent standards than the US when it comes to supplements so I am confident that it has what it says. I will continue to buy this gel.

Arnica montana
The first ingredient of our gel is arnica flower water (which makes up 98% of the product), rich in active ingredients such as flavonoids, triterpenes and sesquiterpene lactones.
These components give arnica a beneficial action on the microcirculation and the characteristic warming effect, excellent against muscle tension and skin discomfort.
Buriti Oil
It forms a natural barrier on the skin, decreasing transepidermal water loss, and gives the characteristic yellow color to our gel as it is rich in carotenoids, plant pigments that transport oxygen to cells.
It is also rich in pro-vitamin A, which together with carotenoids has an anti-aging, antioxidant and emollient action.
Thyme Essential Oil and Menthol Crystals
In cosmetics, thyme essential oil has balsamic, stimulating and soothing properties. Like arnica, it is particularly good for relieving muscle and joint tension.

Eh..don't see a difference...
I can't say this actually works/helps with bruising (see pictures) I applied this Dulàc Arnica Gel to the bottom bruise everyday for a week now and nothing on the top bruise (much smaller one). As you can see they're pretty close in appearance. The lower bruise might show more yellowing, but its really minimal in comparison so is it worth the cost and time? Not sure. Who's to say it works causing bruises to heal faster IF its applied to entire bruise or its just your bodies natural healing rate!? As far as reducing pain, I do notice a small difference in my achy hands and wrists. Is the higher price for this brand justified? It "works" the same so far as the cheaper versions of arnica imo which is why I am giving this 3 stars (middle of the scale) no better, no worse.
