First and foremost, let's talk about the price. These razors offer fantastic value for the quality they provide. With three razors included in each pack, they're an affordable option for regular use without breaking the bank.
Ease of use is another major plus point. The precision cover ensures that I can target specific areas of my face with ease, whether I'm removing peach fuzz, shaping my eyebrows, or exfoliating dead skin cells. The ergonomic design of the handle makes it comfortable to hold and maneuver, even in delicate areas.
What I appreciate most about these razors is their effectiveness. The sharp blades effortlessly glide across the skin, removing hair and dead skin cells without causing irritation or discomfort. This prepping step not only allows for smoother and more effective IPL treatments but also enhances the absorption of skincare products.
Overall, the Touch-Up Dermaplaning Tool with Precision Cover has become a staple in my skincare arsenal. Its great price, ease of use, and effectiveness make it a must-have for anyone looking to achieve smoother, more radiant skin at home. Whether you're using it before IPL treatments or simply as part of your regular skincare routine, these dermaplane razors won't disappoint.
I just used it for the 1st time, and it definitely got off a satisfying amount of peach fuzz as well as a good amount of dry skin. I have eczema on my face, so there's a large amount of dryness going on.
My face is pretty mad at me, but I think I may have taken it too far. I know my skin is a sensitive little turd, but I kind of got into a "pimple-popping mindset" where I wanted to see how much I could get. My skin could also be angry because I just used a toner product and a snail mucin product (gross but the reviews are so promising lol). I finished with quality moisturizer so hopefully I won't wake up heavily regretting this decison. I'll update if I do wake up with horrible razor burn or anything like that.
I'm waging war on my face this last week. I hate having constant blackheads and large pores. At least now I don't also have a ton of peach fuzz, that's a win for sure.
I know the picture isn't great, but I know I usually only read reviews with images so here ya go. :p Also, this picture helped me realize that I missed a couple hairs on my bottom lip, so it's a win for everyone.
I definitely recommend these, just use a light hand.

As I started the dermaplaning process, I couldn't believe ALL THE PEACH FUZZ that piled up from just a small area. It was really shocking!
Then, after feeling how soft my skin felt and how smooth my makeup went on afterward- I'm now hooked. I now look forward to it because it's so satisfying.
I've upgraded to a clinical dermaplaner at this point, which is basically a scalpel, but I DON'T recommend doing that until you get the hang of using these- they're much safer, which is why I recommend these ones specifically.
They also stay sharper, longer than other brands I have tried.
I see a lot of pictures of scratches and cuts, which are mostly used error (but that's okay, it just takes a bit of practice!). When the razor gets dull it can skip and cut as well, so I usually only use it 2-3 times before tossing it.
Don't use it like how you shave your legs, it's a completely different technique than you use to shave anywhere else on your body. As a matter of fact, it's the exact opposite of how you shave anywhere else. You don't use it how you see guys shave their face, either.
Tips:
1. Wash your face like usual and let it FULLY dry. No moisturizer or anything else. You want dry and smooth.
2. Hold the razor at a 45 degree angle to your face and very lightly, make tiny strokes in a downward direction. By tiny strokes, I mean maybe just a 1/4 of an inch before moving it back up and down another 1/4 inch. You know, it's a similar hand motion to brushing your teeth, now that I think of it.
3. Start on the side of your cheek below the temple, in the "sideburns" area, as this is the most forgiving.
4. The tighter your skin, the better, so I often use my left hand to give the skin a little tug from one side to flatten out any wrinkles (like on my forehead) or anywhere else the razor might grab if it's not tight, because that's what can make the razor skip and cut you.
Look up videos on YouTube of "dermaplaning" and that will help much more than my description.
Your skin might be a little angry afterward, so do it at night to give it a chance to calm down. I use witch hazel on a cotton ball as a toner and a Cetaphil moisturizer before bed, and by the next morning there is no redness left. Any other serums tend to burn, so I take the night off from those.
Good luck!
These are easy to hold and manipulate. I appreciate that they come with a cover to protect the blade.
After use of this product, be sure to exfoliate to prevent clogged pores.
