We are in a very dry climate and this humidifier exceeded our expectations - it's not just good, it's been great! big water tank and super quiet, this is the best for what we needed!

Easy to fill, easy to use
Have had this humidifier for a year and have decided to severely downgrade my review. I bought this humidifier for a friend due to the description focusing on cleanliness. I have attached a photo of the problem. The entire unit can be cleaned except the thin vent in the center of the unit. As you can hopefully see in the image there is the tell tale sign of pink mold on the inside. I have looked and cannot find a tool to get in there to remove the pink mold. I have soaked it for 48 hours in vinegar and the mold remains. I even used a pressure washer! It simply won’t get any cleaner. If I could just fit a toothbrush in, it would be easy to clean as the staining comes off very easily elsewhere on the unit. My friend, unsurprisingly, is reluctant to use this humidifier again. It’s extremely disappointing since I did quite a bit of product comparison when shopping. A humidifier of this expense should not have areas exposed to the water droplets and vapor that cannot be cleaned.
