I bought the PETZL Tikka CORE initially for the price, since it's features were just as good as the more expensive competitor.
After using it for awhile, I realize this is better designed (IMO). And this was one of the few that comes with a rechargeable battery - it also works on regular AAA batteries as well of course.
It also has a carrying pouch that doubles as a light diffuser, which comes in handy.
Having three brightness settings as well as a red light, is really useful and easy to operate while on my head.
The head strap is as comfortable as a head strap can be. I think I would start feeling it on my forehead after a few hours of course.
Overall, this was a great buy for me and I cannot recommend this head lamp enough.
