This product contains Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate which is extremely DRYING to hair. I specifically bought this shampoo to Hydrate my hair. Why the company decided to call this “Hydrr-8” hydrate and repair shampooing is misleading to people because the shampoo does not hydrate your hair at all. In fact it strips your hair of natural oil. Unless you use conditioner afterwards, the hair will get damaged over time. I honestly want a refund because the price is ridiculous. I might as well use Suave or Herbal Essences on my head. This is being marketed as a high quality shampoo to stop hair fall. I’m sorry but ladies this will damage your hair over time. Just google this main ingredient. It’s very similar to a sulfate. :(

    I'm really surprised at how long my hair stays looking freshly washed. With other shampoos, even high quality ones, my hair would start getting a little greasy on day 2/3, but with this one, I am on day 3 and it looks like I could have just washed. The only thing is that the smell is really good, but STRONG!! I'm usually ok with that, but in my early pregnancy, it was on the line of too much. I'm happy enough with it, though, that I'm still going to use it. I'm anxious to see how this line does with post-partum hair loss and providing some regrowth, as the Monat Intense Repair did a really great job with that. But the fact that I can go significantly longer without getting greasy is enough for me to reorder.
