Very quiet. We use it in our office on automatic. It occasionally turns the speed up on its own when the air quality changes, which is awesome because we know it is helping us breath clean air. I researched a lot of models and am very happy to have selected this one. Highly recommend it.

I confirmed it works.  As soon as I unpacked it from the box I removed the plastic covering from both the charcoal and HEPA filter, turned it on - the light showed blue no matter what room I placed it in my house. Sooo?  I wondered if it was working?  Is my house that clean I don't have bad air?  I was susceptible if it really did clean the air?
Soo I baked a homemade pizza and stromboli in my oven at 550 degrees knowing that would smoke and smell up my kitchen with the Airmega 200M on auto and WOW the light changed to red and it automatically kicked on to high and later when the cooking smell was gone it changed back to blue -low speed.
I subscribe to Consumer Reports that this model is highly rated and %231 in reliability  and got it on sale at Walmart.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product!  Coway has come out with a new  Air Purifier with True HEPA and Smart Mode that works fantastic.  The Coway Airmega 200M Air Purifier has 3 fans speeds and an eco setting.  It also has the ion setting at the touch of a button.  The machine has indicators that tell which filter needs to be changed and when. It has a 3 light indicator for air quality.  Blue is clean air, purple is polluted, red is potent.  The sleek looks resembles a speaker.  I love this machine.  I can tell a huge difference in the pet smell I have in my living room already.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Coway air purifier airmega is beautifully designed to fit anywhere in the house without interfering with your internal decor. You can place it next to a wall but ensure there is enough space for air circulation around the purifier.  It is a highly effective air purification system that keeps your home free from allergens and contaminants you can set the timer for 2 hours, 4 hours, or even 8 hour intervals  
This machine does not make noise at night if you set it to a quiet low setting. 
The Coway Purifies air in large areas effortlessly,up to (361 sq.ft.). You do need to replace the filter every 2 months; I would love to see a washable filter for this unit! I would highly recommend this to keep your home free from pollutants.

Superior Air Quality!

I bought the Coway Airmega 200M True HEPA Air Purifier because of the strong smoke smell from a heavy smoker who lives in the condo below me.  The Purifier does the job of eliminating aprox. 97% of the smell when it's running. I have had it running for a week now. The purifier goes where I go - the study, living room or bedroom at night - wherever I feel suffocated by the tobacco smoke.  It also removes cooking smell. This is my 1st purchase of an air purifier. I'm satisfied with its performance. Highly recommended it. Well packed and quick delivery. Thank you, Walmart team.

Great air purifier

I bought this to keep the air clean during California wildfire season. It does the job handily in my room, which is about 300 sq ft. (and also very dusty because it is an old house and my room is a converted porch.) Each of my roommates also has one of these air purifiers, so we are all now fans (no pun intended). 

The setup directions were clear and the setup itself was not challenging. 

It is extremely easy to see how to operate the device and to understand what it is telling you about air quality.

A house full of Coways can't be wrong!

This product is conveniently slim so I love the size. Also thought it was nice that the air purifier has different modes to set it on and a light that changes colors depending on air quality. Shipping/arrival time was fast, thanks Coway !
