Would be 5 star if the instructions were clearer
I love the idea, I've used acupuncture pins in my ears before and this is a good alternative. I did feel like you need to have some knowledge of pressure points to be able to get the best out of them as the instructions are not that comprehensive. I managed to figure out a few points and based on what I already knew made it work. I wear 2 or 3 at a time and they last very well, I would leave on for up to 4 days. If this included a leaflet with a lot more information I would have given 5 stars.

Super Seeds
I haven't been without these little seeds ever since I first bought them. These have helped me with everything from post wisdom teeth removal pain to day to day stresses. They last around 5 days for me and look very chic if they are noticed. Truly a hidden hero.

Joie de Vie Healing!
In the 3 years I have been with CB, these are one of my favourite purchases yet. Initially I was sceptical about if placing these tiny, barely there, seeds by my ear really would suppress my hunger I found within 24 hours I felt less like snacking (I'm often found in the kitchen with a spoon of peanut butter). My second wave of love for them came when I pulled my back in the gym, so placed one at the top back side of my ear (as per the guide they come with) and I am convinced it help speed up my recovery, I was using magnesium oil too but still, I'm truly converted! It doesn't hurt either that if you do notice them, they're very chic.

Ear seeds
Very expensive for what they are and how long they last (a couple of days compared to other ear seeds). I also found that the sticker was very slippy and just came off.
