Gravity haus steamboat was great. They did a nice job making the old ptarmigan inn refreshed. The location is out of this world especially with all the base area changes. You can walk to the base or ski in ski out for convenience. Dog friendly is always a plus for this Fido loving family. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and provided hours of entertainment when we were done with the mountain for the day. Everything was clean, nicely painted, the carpet was newer and nice looking, the staff were so friendly and we didn’t hear any other guests even though it was a sold out weekend. The price was fair and we really feel we got the best bang for our buck

If you want to be on the mountain, this location can't be beat! Steps from the gondola and the ski village. Rooms are tastefully decorated with a fridge, mini bar, coffee and white noise machine. Onsite restaurant with bar and coffee bar. Super close in parking, but adds a $40 nightly parking fee. Is a bit loud with ski boots always walking down the hallway and snow machines outside your window, but with earplugs and the white noise machine, we had a good night sleep. It's a fair trade off to be so close to everything.

Very nice staff to check in. Bar staff not as friendly but good enough. Clean room. Hotel at base of mountain so restaurants and shopping still open. Ten minute drive to downtown Steamboat. Pet friendly even though the doggo didn’t come along. Would reserve again. Fair price.

The staff was super accommodating and nice! Great location relative to the gondola and village. Property is average overall, and the walls are quite thin; but it’s worth it for the location as a lower budget option.

The Stay was terrible. -the check in process at 1130 pm took 45 minutes and not help with luggage and had broken carts -there was a fire evacuation at 130pm. the staff did not even bother to offer free coffee in the morning. -Coffee at 615am was bitter and cold, ended up getting Cafe Americno.
