KEY BENEFITS
-
Sustainability
Made from just clay, water and salt, our products are geo-neutral and designed to be reused. They are made from the earth and upon disposal return to the earth. By eliminating the need for recycling entirely, we’re solving the real problem behind single-use plastics.
-
Elevated experience
Our to-go ceramics offer a high-end experience on-the-go. Fragile by design, our cups provide the elevated experience of ultra-fine ceramics with no impact on the taste of your drink, unlike paper or plastic cups. Our solution is simple and will never compromise on quality or performance.
-
Locally Produced
Our goal is to create a completely local production ecosystem using local raw materials with local labor, for local usage. By streamlining the life cycle and use cycle of disposable packaging, we are working towards lowering the true cost for companies, people, and the planet.

Yes! We want to make single use history and embrace circularity. Reuse our cups as many times as you can for drinks, food or they also make great homes for plants or candles. They only stop working when broken by the user.
GaeaStar’s mission is to eliminate plastic waste, and our products are 100% plastic free and following the principles of circularity are designed to be used multiple times.
Takeaway cups are lined with a thin layer of plastic to make them waterproof. Research has shown that this lining makes takeaway cups extremely challenging to recycle, not to mention that only 9% of plastic ever produced is recycled and 85% of plastic produced globally goes to landfill. Research has also shown that compostable products run into issues such as industrial composting facility availability, CO2 & methane and harmful toxin (PFAS) emissions post disposal.
